A work vehicle is provided with a body, a driver section and an air conditioner, and the air conditioner is supported by the body and located on a side of the body.

Work vehicle

A work vehicle includes a driver section including a driver seat, an air conditioner, and a duct to supply conditioned air from the air conditioner. The air conditioner is below an upper end of the driver seat. The duct includes a vertical portion extending upward from the air conditioner and rearward of the driver seat, and a horizontal portion extending from an upper end portion of the vertical portion to a position forward of the driver in the driver seat in a side view. The duct includes, at a portion forward of the driver, an outlet to blow conditioned air toward the driver.

A tractor includes a link mechanism and a power extractor. The link mechanism includes a top link, a right lower link, and a left lower link. A work apparatus is connectable to the link mechanism to move the work apparatus upward and downward. The power extractor is connectable to a power input of the work apparatus to take power from a power source and supply the power to the work apparatus. The power extractor is located at a position lower than a lowest position of the right lower link and a lowest position of the left lower link.

Provided is an operation mechanism of a work vehicle capable of suppressing transmission of vibration from a vehicle body to a cabin. The operation mechanism of a work vehicle includes: a first link portion which is supported by the vehicle body (a center frame, a transmission, and the like); a second link portion which is supported by a cabin placed on the vehicle body; and a third link portion which has flexibility and connects the first link portion and the second link portion so as to be interlockable.

A front loader includes a mechanical posture maintaining mechanism for maintaining the posture of an implement, regardless of swing displacement of a boom. The boom is formed in a curved shape in which a longitudinal central side thereof is located above. The posture maintaining mechanism includes a swing link member having an inner free-end part and an outer free-end part and disposed at a longitudinal center location of the boom so as to be swingable about a third horizontal pivot as a fulcrum. A base-end link member extends between a fixed bracket and the inner free-end part and a free-end link member links the outer free-end part to the implement.

A front loader is provided with an indicator device. The indicator device is configured to indicate that the work implement is in an identical posture irrespective of a height position of the work implement, by aligning a rear end of the indicator rod with a rear end of the guide tube.

A loading work apparatus includes booms, attachment tools, an implement tool removably attached to the attachment tools, and implement tool cylinders. The implement tool includes an engaged member on a back surface thereof. The attachment tools include an attachment unit having an engaging member engaged with the engaged member, coupling members supporting the transverse shaft, and lock members locking/unlocking engagement between the engaging member and engaged member. Each coupling member includes brackets on lateral opposite sides of the lock member. The transverse shaft is supported at opposite ends thereof by lower portions of the right and left brackets. The support shaft is supported at opposite ends thereof by intermediate portions of the right and left brackets. The transverse shaft and the support shaft bridge across the lock member.

A work vehicle includes a front loader mounted at a front portion of the work vehicle to be vertically pivotable, a driving control device, and a canopy device for covering the driving control device from above, the canopy device including a roof disposed upwardly of the driving control device and a support body for supporting the roof. The roof includes a front visor portion which projects, in a plan view thereof, to a position same as or more forwardly of a front end portion of the driving control device. To a lower face of said front visor portion, there are attached a pair of right and left front illumination lamps, and there is provided an upper concave portion at the right/left center thereof. A lower face of the upper concave portion is formed as an inclined face which is inclined upward from a rear portion to a front edge of the front visor portion so as to be located at a higher position than the attaching position of the front illumination lamps.

A work vehicle operable in a rearward facing position using a simple construction is disclosed. The work vehicle includes a hydrostatic stepless change speed device for transmitting power from an engine to a traveling device, a change speed pedal mechanism operable in a forward facing position for changing speeds in the hydrostatic stepless change speed device, and a travel-control lever provided at a rear position of a vehicle body and operable in the rearward facing position. The travel-control lever and the change speed pedal mechanism are linked to each other through a mechanical interlocking mechanism so as to control the hydrostatic stepless change speed device by the travel-control lever through the change speed pedal mechanism.

A tractor with a PTO apparatus, comprises: a plurality of wheels; a vehicle body supported by the plurality of wheels; an engine supported on the vehicle body; a rear PTO shaft disposed at a rear of the vehicle body for transmitting power from the engine; a mid-PTO shaft disposed under the vehicle body for transmitting power from the engine; a PTO mode selecting device having a first position for transmitting power only to the rear PTO shaft, a second position for transmitting power to both the rear PTO shaft and said mid-PTO shaft, and a third position for transmitting power only to said mid-PTO shaft; a PTO clutch disposed on a transmission line upstream of said PTO mode selecting device and switchable between an engaged position and a disengaged position; and a restricting mechanism for preventing a change operation of said PTO mode selecting device when said PTO clutch is in the engaged position, and permitting the change operation of said PTO mode selecting device when said PTO clutch is in the disengaged position.

A transmission system for transmitting power through a traveling transmission line and also through a PTO transmission line is disclosed. The system includes a clutch housing and a base transmission case connected via a housing frame. The base transmission case includes a front end opening and a rear end opening. A differential case is connected to the rear end opening. The front end opening is selectively connected with either a gear change speed case having a gear change speed mechanism or an HST case having an HST mechanism. When the gear change speed mechanism is selectively used, a PTO power output portion communicates with the PTO transmission line and a traveling power output portion communicates with the traveling transmission line. When the HST mechanism is selectively used, a pump shaft communicates with the PTO transmission line and a motor shaft communicates with the traveling transmission line.

A cabin for a work vehicle, comprising: a ceiling portion; an air conditioner provided to the work vehicle; an air distribution duct provided to the ceiling portion for communicating conditioned air from the air conditioner to the cabin; an air guide projecting into the air distribution duct at an intermediate portion of the duct and forming an inlet opening in a lateral face of a projecting portion of the air guide; and an outlet portion extending to outside the duct and having an opening for introducing the conditioned air from the inlet opening into the cabin. The air guide is pivotable between a use condition and a non-use condition where the inlet opening is oriented differently from an orientation of the inlet opening when the air guide is in the use condition. The air guide is pivotable about an axis such that the inlet opening of the air guide assumes an upstream orientation with respect to a direction of air flow within the air distribution duct when the air guide is in the use condition whereas the inlet opening of the air guide assumes a downstream orientation with respect to the direction of air flow within the air distribution duct when the air guide is in the non-use condition.

An operator presence sensing apparatus for a seat of a vehicle includes a base member () for supporting the seat (), and a relay member () extending vertically between the base member and the seat. The seat is oscillatable about a pivot axis (X) extending in a transverse direction in the base member. The relay member is pivotably supported at one end thereof by the pivot axis and at the other end by the base member through a cushion spring (). A seat lift-up spring () is disposed between an underside of the seat and the base member for receiving part of the weight of the seat. The seat unoccupied by the operator is oscillated to a floating position lifted from the relay member by the lift-up spring. The apparatus further comprises an operator presence sensing switch () for detecting the seat occupied by the operator and oscillated from the floating position to a lower seated position, and a restricting device () for restricting the relay member oscillating upward by action of the cushion spring when the seat is not occupied by the operator.

A dirigible drive wheel assembly includes a transmitting and steering shaft extending approximately vertically, with an axis thereof inclined, for drivably connecting an axle of a wheel to a transmission shaft, a first driving gear disposed in a lower end region of the transmitting and steering shaft, a first driven gear mounted on the axle and meshed with the first driving gear, a second driven gear disposed in an upper end region of the transmitting and steering shaft, a second driving gear mounted on the transmission shaft and meshed with the second driven gear, a second gear case for covering the second driving gear and the second driven gear, and a first gear case for covering the first driven gear and the first driving gear. A first bearing is disposed between the first gear case and a lower end of the second gear case. Through the first bearing the lower end of the second gear case is rotatably supported by the first gear case. An arm extends from the first gear case for holding an upper end of the second gear case to be rotatable about the axis. A second bearing and a third bearing are arranged at opposite sides of the first driven gear, through which the first gear case is rotatably supported by the axle. The third bearing is located below the first bearing.
