There are provided a wind-up drum that is easily detached in a state in which a wound tape is fastened, a tape feeder including the wind-up drum, and a component mounting machine capable of mounting the tape feeder. A wind-up drum includes a tape holding member including an insertion hole for inserting a support shaft of a rotating device and configured to hold a wound tape, and a wound member attached to the tape holding member, configured to wind up the tape by rotating the support shaft by the rotating device in a state in which the support shaft is mounted, and including a rotating member that rotates in contact with the support shaft when the wound member is detached from the support shaft in a state in which the tape is wound.

A component mounter including a camera device provided on a mounting head and configured to image an imaging target that falls within a camera visual field, and an optical device configured to form light paths corresponding individually to three or more imaging targets each including at least one of a holding member, a component held by the holding member, and a constituent member of the mounting head and configured to collect the three or more light paths so formed so as to enable the imaging targets to fall within the camera visual field while being aligned in a row direction and a column direction in the camera visual field.

A component mounting system includes a head to revolve multiple suction nozzles in a circumferential direction, a lifting and lowering device configured to lift and lower a suction nozzle at a predetermined revolving position, a storage device configured to store any one of multiple pieces of directionality information in association with identification information of the suction nozzle, and a control device configured to acquire corresponding directionality information from the storage device based on the acquired identification information of the suction nozzle and to perform pickup of the component supplied from the component supply device at the spinning position in accordance with the directionality information.

Component mounting system

A grounding includes a photoelectric sensor that emits light to a detection region in which the detection target portion moves in conjunction with the grounding of the electronic component to a board and receives light from the detection region, and a grounding discrimination section that discriminates between the presence or absence of the grounding based on a signal from the photoelectric sensor. The detection target portion is disposed in the detection region in the ungrounded state.

Component mounting machine and retry method for picking up components

A component mounting machine including a head unit that has a head main body configured to hold multiple pickup members each capable of picking up a component at a predetermined interval along a predetermined circumference and to be capable of rotating forward and reverse directions; a moving device configured to move the head unit; a lifting and lowering device configured to lift and lower a pickup member; a component supply device configured to be capable of supplying the component to the pickup member; and a control device configured to control those described above. The control device performs a control such that the pickup members pick up the components supplied by the component supply device, and each component is mounted on a board after a completion of the pickup, while performing an operation of rotating the head main body and an operation of moving the head unit together.

Component mounting machine

A component mounter of the present disclosure including a mounting head configured to pick up components and mount the components onto a substrate; a head moving device configured to move the mounting head in parallel to a horizontal plane; and a conveyance device configured to convey the substrate in a conveyance direction parallel to the horizontal plane. The mounting head includes multiple nozzles configured to pick up and hold the components by a negative pressure, multiple switching valves provided corresponding to each of the multiple nozzles and configured to switch whether the negative pressure is supplied to the corresponding nozzle, a nozzle moving device configured to change which nozzle is positioned at each of a first nozzle position and a second nozzle position for moving the multiple nozzles and performing at least one of picking up and mounting of the components, a first driving device, and a second driving device.

A mounting device is provided with a first raising and lowering drive section configured to raise and lower an entire syringe member to which a suction nozzle that picks up a component is attached, and a second raising and lowering drive section that raises and lowers the suction nozzle only of the syringe member to which the suction nozzle is attached. The mounting device controls a raising and lowering operation of the first raising and lowering drive section based on height information that includes at least one of information of the thickness of the component and information of the height of a board. With the mounting device, it is possible to move the entire syringe member to which the suction nozzle is attached to a position closer to the board in accordance with the height of the board and the thickness of the component.

Mounting processing unit for arranging components on a board

A suction nozzle includes a suction pad portion at a tip of an air pipe formed to be larger than the air pipe, in which a resistance cavity which causes resistance and decreases air flow speed when a positive pressure is applied is formed between a flow path and a cavity portion. In the suction nozzle, since the resistance cavity is formed, a positive pressure is applied by the air whose flow speed is suppressed and the suction release of the component is performed. The resistance cavity may be a cavity having a slit shape.

Suction nozzle

A suction nozzle, including a suction assistance section provided within an intake passage and connecting a side downstream of a pin and a side upstream of the pin, is provided. A cross section (the area of a cross section cut in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the intake passage extends) of the intake passage is narrowed by the pin. Air bypasses the pin by flowing through the suction assistance section.
