An electronic device comprising a front cover which covers a front face excluding an aperture of an apparatus in a fixed state to the apparatus, a barrier cover configured to cover the aperture, an attachment unit which attaches the barrier cover to the front cover so that the barrier cover can move, and a locking unit that locks the front cover in a forward protruding state when the barrier cover is in an open state, attachment unit positions the barrier cover at a first position when the barrier cover is in a closed state, and guides the barrier cover to a second position protruding forward from the front cover, and then guides the barrier cover to a third position at which the barrier cover is locked by the locking unit, and moving the barrier cover from the third position.

Electronic device

When an automatic pop-up is selected in an imaging apparatus, during startup, a light emission unit is moved to a pop-up position by a spring force in operably conjugate with a lens barrel together with the retraction of a cam follower. When a manual pop-up is selected, during startup, a lock lever is engaged with the light emission unit, and the light emission unit remains in a storage position. When a user places the operation unit of the lock lever to a first position and places the camera power source in the ON position, a strobe can be automatically subjected to a pop-up operation. Furthermore, when a user places the operation unit to a second position and places the camera power source in the ON position, the strobe can be automatically subjected to a pop-up operation as required.

Imaging apparatus

An electronic device comprises a terminal, an armature which can contact the terminal, a knob member which moves between a first position and a second position, sliding the armature on the terminal, a first energizing member which energizes the knob member in the direction of the first position, a rotation operation member which can move the knob member and can rotate between a third position corresponding to the first position and a fourth position corresponding to the second position, and a second energizing member which energizes the rotation operation member in the direction of the third position when the rotation operation member rotates from the third position.

Electronic device and camera

Electronic equipment is disclosed with which, even when a main body receives an external force, the deformation of the main body can be restrained. The electronic equipment comprises: a main body, having a housing chamber for housing accessories; a base member, rotating with respect to an opening of the abovementioned housing chamber; and a lid member, opening and closing the abovementioned opening along with the abovementioned base member, mounted in a manner enabling sliding with respect to the abovementioned base member, and engaged and disengaged with respect to the main body by sliding movements.

Electronic equipment

When an object image is to be recorded, a blur of the object image is optically corrected. When an object image is to be displayed without being recorded, a blur of the object image is corrected not optically but by image signal processing.

An image capture apparatus includes: an image capture optical system; a rotary device rotatable from an initial position in a first direction and rotatable from the initial position in a second direction; a protective cover that performs an opening action to expose (uncover) the image capture optical system in response to rotation of the rotary device from the initial position in the first direction, and that performs a closing action to cover the image capture optical system in response to rotation of the rotary device from the initial position in the second direction; and an energizing member that returns the rotary device to the initial position.

An adapter device for connecting a peripheral equipment such as an electronic camera to an electric apparatus, such as a TV monitor includes a body formed approximately in a rectangular parallepiped shape having respective first and second longitudinally displaced side surfaces extending transversely of the body, a first connector disposed on an upper surface of the body and arranged for connection with the peripheral equipment, a second connector disposed at the first side surface of the body and arranged for connection with the electric apparatus and an operation member disposed at the second side surface of the body and movable transversely of the body for connecting and detaching the peripheral equipment to and from the first connector. The adapter device includes a cam system with multiple cam parts arranged to facilitate connecting and detaching the peripheral equipment to and from the first connector.
