A computer-implemented method, computer program product, and system are provided for providing a recommendation. The method includes receiving, by a conversation system, a query from a user. The method also includes inputting the query into an intent-entity model to obtain a first output. The method further includes inputting the query into a question-answering system to obtain a second output. The method additionally includes analyzing the first output from the intent-entity model to calculate a value of degree of ambiguity of the first output to the query. The method also includes analyzing the query and the second output from the question-answering system to calculate a value of extent of satisfaction to which the second output satisfies the query. The method further includes determining one or more recommendations using the degree of ambiguity and the extent of satisfaction. The method additionally includes outputting the one or more recommendations to the user.

Recommendation technique using automatic conversation

A computer-implemented method for generating a control signal for a tele-presence robot by a computing device based on a movement of an operator, the method includes calculating a direction where at least part of the operator is positioned based on a camera acquiring an image of the at least part of the operator; calculating an orientation where the at least part of the operator points; and generating at least one motion parameters of the tele-presence robot as the control signal based on the direction in combination with the orientation, wherein the direction and the orientation are reflected to the at least one motion parameters differently.

A method is provided that analyzes change in a Web page by determining states that can dynamically occur in response to an external event in a Web page that utilizes DHTML by analyzing at least one of DOM, style information for when rendered on a browser, input data from a user, and the value of a global variable in JAVA&#xae;SCRIPT, storing data that can identify each of the states, identifying state transition between the stored states, and reproducing the stored states.
