Disclosed is a pressure and temperature sensor capable of precisely measuring a pressure. A sensor body, a diaphragm defining an accommodation space together with the sensor body, and a transmission substance charged in the accommodation space are provided, and a pressure measurement body and a temperature measurement body which is a separate body from the pressure measurement body are disposed in the accommodation space.

Pressure and temperature sensor

A chain includes two inner link plates, cylindrical bushings, each of which has opposite ends joined to the inner link plates, pins each inserted into a bushing, solid lubricant provided between the bushings and the pins, and two outer link plates that sandwich the inner link plates from outside. The ends of the pins extend through the outer link plates. The chain further includes projections, which maintain the distances between the outer surfaces of the inner link plates and the inner surfaces of the outer link plates, and absorbent members, which are arranged between the outer surfaces of the inner link plates and the inner surfaces of the outer link plates. The absorbent members confine the solid lubricant and are capable of absorbing liquid.

Chain

Disclosed is a liquid-sealed vibration isolator () provided with a main liquid chamber (), a portion of the chamber wall of which is formed from a vibration isolating base (), a subsidiary liquid chamber (), a portion of the chamber wall of which is formed from a first diaphragm (), and a first orifice flow path () which connects both liquid chambers, wherein a high-frequency second orifice flow path () which connects the main liquid chamber () and the subsidiary liquid chamber () is formed on a partitioning body (), and a second diaphragm () is provided on the opening (A) of the second orifice flow path () on the side of the main liquid chamber. The outer peripheral portion (A) of the second diaphragm is held by the partitioning body () in a liquid-tight manner, and the second diaphragm () abuts the peripheral edge portion of the opening (A) so as to block said opening with a flexible membrane section (B) which is provided on the inside of the second diaphragm (). Moreover, a through hole () is disposed on the flexible membrane section (B) at a position which does not overlap the opening (A).

Liquid-sealed vibration isolator

A valve member formed of an elastomeric membrane for opening and closing a second orifice flow passage is mounted on a partition element such that the valve member is arranged orthogonal to the flow direction of the second orifice flow passage. A valve portion for closing openings of the second orifice flow passage due to flexural deformation of a flexible membrane portion caused by liquid flow in the second orifice flow passage is arranged on the flexible membrane, and communication holes for bring the second orifice flow passage into communication are formed in the flexible membrane portion. A cylindrical buffer portion projecting from the flexible membrane portion for surrounding the openings when the flexible membrane portion is deformed by flexure is provided to the valve portion, and a projection height of the cylindrical buffer portion is set larger than a wall thickness thereof.

Liquid-sealed antivibration device

In a liquid-sealed antivibration devicewhich includes: a main liquid chamberA where a vibration-isolating baseforms a portion of a chamber wall thereof; a subsidiary liquid chamberB where a diaphragmforms a portion of a chamber wall thereof; a partition elementby which the main liquid chamberA and the subsidiary liquid chamberA are partitioned from each other; and an orifice flow passagewhich allows the main liquid chamberA and the subsidiary liquid chamberB to be communicated with each other, an elastic membraneis formed on the partition element, and the elastic membraneis formed of rubber composition containing butyl rubber or halogenated butyl rubber. Due to such a constitution, an abnormal sound generated by collision of the elastic membraneis reduced.

A partition element partitions a liquid-sealed chamber into a main liquid chamber and a first sub liquid chamber. A first orifice flow passage for connecting both liquid chambers is provided. A second diaphragm is formed in the partition element. The partition element includes a second sub liquid chamber partitioned from the main liquid chamber by the second diaphragm and a second orifice flow passage for connecting the first and second sub liquid chambers to each other. A valve portion brought into contact with a periphery around an opening of the second orifice flow passage is formed on a flexible membrane portion of the second diaphragm into a surrounding wall shape. A through hole is formed outside the valve portion, and a projection compressed by a counter wall is formed on a membrane surface of the flexible membrane portion on a main liquid chamber side.

In a liquid-sealed type vibration isolator having a first orifice flow channeland a second orifice flow channel, a valve memberformed of a rubber elastomeric membrane for opening and closing the second orifice flow channelis provided on a partitioning memberso as to be orthogonal to the direction of flow in the second orifice flow channel. The valve member is held at the outer peripheral portion thereof by a wall surface of a valve housing chamber, and includes inside the outer peripheral portion thereof a membrane portionB which is subjected to the flexural deformation by the liquid flow in the second orifice flow channel to close openingsC andD of the second orifice flow channel. Communicating holeswhich bring the second orifice flow channel into communication are provided at positions not overlapped with the opening of the membrane portionB. Accordingly, the switching of characteristics is enabled with an inexpensive structure.

Liquid-sealed type vibration isolator

To provide a liquid enclosing type vibration isolating apparatus capable of achieving two resonance characteristics by one orifice path, in a liquid enclosing type vibration isolating apparatus including a main liquid chamber a portion of a chamber wall of which is constituted by a vibration isolating base member, an auxiliary liquid chamber a portion of a chamber wall of which is constituted by a first diaphragm, and an orifice path for communicating the main liquid chamber and the auxiliary liquid chamber, an orifice member forming the orifice path is provided with a partition wall for partitioning the orifice path and the auxiliary liquid chamber, and a portion of the partition wall is constituted by a second diaphragm constituted by a flexible rubber-like elastic film facing the auxiliary liquid chamber.

Liquid enclosing type vibration isolating apparatus

A hydraulic antivibration device is provided that is capable of suppressing generation of strange sounds while ensuring a low dynamic spring characteristic upon inputting of relatively small amplitude vibration and a high damping characteristic upon inputting of relatively large amplitude vibration. To that end, upon inputting of relatively large amplitude vibration, displacement-regulating ribs of one of sandwiching members serve to regulate displacement of an elastic partition membrane pinched by the sandwiching members thus obtaining a high damping characteristic. The displacement-regulating ribs consist of three pieces extending radially and rectilinearly, so that the area of openings of the sandwiching members is made wide enough to ensure more a low dynamic spring characteristic. Displacement-regulating protrusions of the elastic partition membrane are disposed to correspond to the displacement-regulating ribs thereby ensuring to suppress the generation of strange sounds.

Hydraulic antivibration device

Vibration-isolating device including a vibration-isolating substrate formed of a rubber elastomer, first and second fittings each connected to a respective sides of the substrate, a first stopper portion arranged in connection with the first metal fitting, an outwardly projecting flange arranged in connection with the second metal fitting and a stopper metal fitting. The stopper metal fitting includes a caulking and fastening portion which is caulked and fastened with at least a part of the flange, and a second stopper portion arranged proximate and abutting against the first stopper portion. Outer circumferential surfaces of the base body and the second metal fitting are substantially oval and outer edges of the caulking and fastening portion and the flange trace along an imaginary circle around a central axis, at least at areas caulked and fastened.

Vibration-isolating device

A partition member having a rubber elastic membrane of a liquid filled vibration isolating device is provided. A ring-shaped metal fitting is formed by superimposing a first ring-shaped metal fitting on a second ring-shaped metal fitting. The first metal fitting and the second metal fitting are formed by press molding and are bonded integrally by means of the rubber elastic membrane thereby closing the opening of the ring-shaped metal fitting. Accordingly, the ring-shaped metal fitting of a complex configuration providing an orifice groove for forming the orifice is easily manufactured by simple working.

Partition member of liquid filled vibration isolating device

An engine mount to be installed above an opening of a vehicle body member to support the engine in vibration-proof fashion, on which the intrusion of foreign matter from the opening can be precluded without increase in components. It comprises a cylindrical main body fitting, an upper fitting, a vibration-insulating base of rubber elastomer interconnecting both fittings, a diaphragm disposed within the main body fitting to face to the base, and a liquid-sealed chamber partly enclosed by the diaphragm, the diaphragm being integrally provided at its lower circumferential end with a cylindrical rubber extension. The rubber extension extends downwardly from the diaphragm, lower edge thereof being turned-up to come in contact with a peripheral edge portion around the opening thereby to close the opening.

Engine mount

A liquid-filled vibration-proof device constructed so that the positioning and supporting function of a partition is performed firmly and a port opening of an orifice passage in the partition is not obstructed to ensure a sufficient opening area of the port opening. To that end, a diaphragm and a partition located inwardly thereof are hermetically fixed to a cylindrical fitting at a side opposing a vibration-isolating base thereby partitioning an enclosure between the vibration-isolating base and the diaphragm into two liquid chambers, the both liquid chambers being put in communication with each other through the orifice passage; the vibration-isolating base is provided at a marginal part of its inner face with protruding portions for positioning, with which an upper marginal portion of the partition is in opposed contact, disposed circumferentially at intervals at plural positions so as not to impede the flow of the port opening.

Vibration-proof device

A vibration isolating device includes a body fitting having a cylindrical barrel, an upper side attached fitting disposed upward an axis center of the body fitting, a rudder isolating substrate to connect both fittings, a stopper fitting fixed at an opening extremities of the body fitting and extending upwardly outside the vibration isolating substrate, its upper end portion being folded inside as a stopper portion, so that the stopper fitting acts as a stopper for large displacement of the upper side attachment fitting caused by vibration, a notch window for drainage and ventilation being formed at at least two opposite places at the lower portion of the stopper fitting, and a protrusion for circumferential positioning fitting-in and engaging with the notch windows provided at the opening extremities of the body fitting.

Vibration isolating device

An engine mount has a stopper rubber portion constituted of an outer peripheral flange protruding radially outwardly from the engine side metal fitting and a coating rubber covering an outer periphery of said outer peripheral flange. A radius of curvature of contact parts positioned at one direction of two radial directions orthogonal to each other in a radial plane substantially equals to a radius of curvature of an inner periphery of the body side metal fitting and a thickness of the coating rubber positioned in said one direction is constant in a circumferential direction thereof, whereby the contact parts positioned in said one direction are widely brought into contact with the inner periphery of the body side metal fitting and distorted uniformly. The distortion of the stopper rubber portion is also made uniform when applying a load thereto.
