A polyvinyl chloride composition for powder molding includes a polyvinyl chloride (A) an amount of 100 parts by mass, a plasticizer in an amount of 110 parts by mass or more and 150 parts by mass or less, and an acrylic polymer in an amount of 4 parts by mass or more and 23 parts by mass or less. The polyvinyl chloride (A) has an average particle diameter of 50 &#x3bc;m or more and 500 &#x3bc;m or less and an average degree of polymerization of 1,350 or more. The acrylic polymer has an average particle diameter of 0.01 &#x3bc;m or more and 10 &#x3bc;m or less and contains a constitutional unit derived from a (meth) acrylic ester in an amount of 50 mass % or more.

A composition of polyvinyl chloride for powder molding may include a polyvinyl chloride (A), a polyvinyl chloride (B), and a phosphate, among others. The present invention relates to a powder slush molded body of a polyvinyl chloride composition, the polyvinyl chloride composition containing a polyvinyl chloride, a plasticizer, and an acrylic polymer. The polyvinyl chloride composition contains the plasticizer in an amount of 110 parts by mass or more and 150 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyvinyl chloride. When a cross section of the powder slush molded body extending in parallel with a thickness direction is observed under an optical microscope using reflected light, irregular scale-like polyvinyl chloride particles having a long diameter of 30 &#x3bc;m or more and 500 &#x3bc;m or less are continuous with one another via interfacial portions, and the number of aggregated particles of the acrylic polymer having a long diameter of 30 &#x3bc;m or more and 100 &#x3bc;m or less is 10 particles/mmor less. Thus, provided are a powder slush molded body of a polyvinyl chloride composition having high flexibility after heat aging as well as favorable surface characteristics, and a laminate.

A composition of polyvinyl for powder molding may include a polyvinyl chloride (A), a polyvinyl chloride (B), a plasticizer, and an alkyl phosphate. The polyvinyl chloride (A) may have an average particle diameter of 50 &#x3bc;m to 500 &#x3bc;m, and the polyvinyl chloride (B) may have an average particle diameter of 0.01 &#x3bc;m or more and less than 50 &#x3bc;m. An average polymerization degree of the polyvinyl chloride (A) may be 1350 or more, the alkyl phosphate may comprise a mono-alkyl phosphate, and the number of carbon atoms of an alkyl group in the alkyl phosphate may be 5 or more.

The present invention provides an acrylic elastomer composition including an acrylic elastomer (A) and a polyorganosiloxane-containing graft polymer (B), and having excellent formability and mechanical physical properties, and both low-temperature characteristics and oil resistance. Acrylic rubber and an acrylic block copolymer can be used as the acrylic elastomer (A).

Acrylic elastomer composition

The present invention relates to a block copolymer (A) including a (meth)acrylic polymer block (a) and an acrylic polymer block (b). The (meth)acrylic polymer block (a) is preferably copolymerized with a monomer having a functional group having high cohesive force, such as a carboxyl group, so that the 5%-weight-loss temperature is 300&#xb0; C. or more or the tensile strength is 3 MPa or more, and the hardness measured by a type A durometer according to JIS K6253 is 50 or less, and a compression set measured after 22 hours at 70&#xb0; C. is 45% or less. The block copolymer (A) exhibits excellent thermal decomposition resistance and low compression set at high temperatures. The block copolymer (A) can be used as a soft material for automobile, and has low hardness, high adhesion, high oil resistance, high weather resistance, high heat resistance, high recycling property, high tensile properties, and high wax remover resistance.

The present invention provides a novel acrylic block copolymer rich in flexibility and excellent in mechanical strength, moldability, oil resistance, heat resistance, thermal decomposition resistance, weather resistance, and compression set, and further rich in reactivity. The present invention also provides compositions, seal products, and automobile, electric, and electronic parts, all of which include the acrylic block copolymer. The acrylic block copolymer includes a methacrylic polymer block (a) and an acrylic polymer block (b), at least one of the polymer blocks containing, in its main chain, at least one acid anhydride group (c) represented by formula (1): (wherein Rs each represent hydrogen or a methyl group and may be the same or different, n represents an integer of 0 to 3, and m represents an integer of 0 or 1).

A vinyl chloride resin composition containing a graft copolymer A having an average particle diameter of at least 0.15 &mgr;m, prepared by polymerizing 50 to 90% of a solid matter of a rubber latex having a glass transition temperature of at most O&deg; C., the rubber latex being prepared by polymerizing 50 to 100% of butadiene and/or alkyl acrylate, 0 to 40% of an aromatic vinyl monomer, 0 to 10% of a vinyl monomer and 0 to 5% of a polyfunctional monomer, with 10 to 50% of a mixture comprising 10 to 100% of an alkyl methacrylate, 0 to 90% of an aromatic vinyl monomer, 0 to 25% of a vinyl cyamide monomer and 0 to 20% of a vinyl monomer; a graft copolymer B having an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 0.13 &mgr;m, prepared by polymerizing 50 to 90% of the solid matter of the rubber latex with 10 to 50% of the mixture; and a vinyl chloride resin C; wherein the weight ratio of (copolymer A)/(copolymer B) is 50/50 to 90/15, and the weight ratio of (the total amount of copolymer A and copolymer B)/(vinyl chloride resin composition C) is 1/99 to 30/70; the composition being excellent in impact resistance and usable for the production of a pipe, a window frame and the like.
