Technology for realizing reductions in time required for production plan by estimating supply capacities of suppliers is provided. A system has a function of registering and displaying transaction information including delivery requests from a buyer including number of required parts and delivery responses from a supplier including number of suppliable parts, a function of managing the series of transaction information as transaction history information on a DB, and an estimating function of estimating supply capacities of parts of the supplier with respect to the delivery responses in reply to delivery requests. The estimating function performs processes of estimating supply capacities by determining numbers of suppliable parts of past delivery responses with respect to numbers of required parts of past delivery requests by using the delivery request history information, the delivery response history information and the process LT information, and outputting a screen including the estimated result information to users.

A technique is provided that supports making evaluations of impact on a business performance indicator, which varies depending on timing at which a change of plan is decided. A sales plan evaluation support system, includes: a unit which obtains master information that includes a sales plan of a product and is used as input for material requirements planning (MRP) calculation; a first MRP calculating unit which obtains a first order-placement plan through MRP calculation by using the master information as input, the first order-placement plan including an ordered-item count and an order-placement date of a required item for the product; a revision timing setting unit which sets timing for revising the sales plan; a master modifying unit which modifies the master information; and a second MRP calculating unit which obtains a second order-placement plan through MRP calculation by using an order-placement plan having an order-placement date preceding the revision timing included in the first order-placement plan, as an order-placement plan which has been implemented prior to the revision timing, and by using, as input, master information modified by the master modifying unit, the second order-placement plan including an ordered-item count and an order-placement date of a required item for the product.

Sales plan evaluation support system

An MRP explosion portion calculates the amount of common and optional parts necessary for producing a forecasted sales amount of products. An amount correlated with actual results of received product orders is added to the amount of optional parts. The delivery amounts are added to stock amount parts data corresponding to the shared and optional parts. If a required amount of products is accepted, an MRP implosion portion assigns shared and optional parts to the required amount of products, and subtracts the amount of the assigned common and optional parts from the stock amount parts data. Then, with respect to each kind of product, an excess amount of common parts is assigned. The amount of products of the kinds to which the excess amount of common parts has been assigned are output as the amount of products of the kinds for which additional orders can be received.

Ordering/order receiving system

This invention relates to a production planning system that judges whether or not production can be carried out in accordance not only with a request from a sales side and a demand forecast but also with a production request number or a maximum producible number of sets for each product. In the invention, production request number information of products, parts list information and information about inventory and inventory schedule of each of parts are accepted. When a calculation processing unit calculates a material necessary amount and makes a production plan of the product, it makes the production plan setting a production infeasible number as a new necessary number to a date later than a date designated by the production request information if any production infeasible number of sets exists. Surplus parts information not linked with the production plan is generated and a production addable number is calculated for each product.
