The present disclosure provides a terminal block that can be kept compact. A terminal block has a housing made of a synthetic resin, a columnar metal connection terminal held by the housing, and a cylindrical metal joint part in which a device connection part of the connection terminal is inserted. The joint part has a cylindrical part in which the device connection part is inserted and a cylindrical part in which an end part of a device-side terminal electrically connected to the connection terminal is inserted. The connection terminal is electrically connected to the device-side terminal via the joint part.

It is aimed to suppress the peeling of an adhesive from an insulation coating of an insulated electrical cable due to resin shrink after the molding of a molded member. A molded part-equipped electrical cable includes a terminal-equipped electrical cable with an insulated electrical cable and a terminal, an adhesive provided on a surface of the insulation coating of the terminal-equipped electrical cable and a molded member covering from a part provided with the adhesive on the insulation coating of the terminal-equipped electrical cable to a connected part of the insulated electrical cable and the terminal. The molded member includes a first molded part and a second molded part separately molded, and the first molded part includes a part covering the adhesive while being in contact with the adhesive.

The molded part-equipped electrical cable is provided with a terminal-equipped electrical cable including an insulated electrical cable with a core and an insulation coating and a terminal connected to an end part of the insulated electrical cable, a recess being formed on the insulation coating, an adhesive provided in the recess of the insulation coating, and a molded part configured to cover from a part where the adhesive is provided in the insulation coating of the terminal-equipped electrical cable to a connected part of the insulated electrical cable and the terminal.

Molded part-equipped electrical cable

It is an object of the present invention to ensure a high water-stopping property of a wire harness including a waterproofing connector section that is molded from a resin, by suppressing a variation in the outer size of a seal section of the connector section. The connector section is made from a first synthetic resin that is insert-molded with a part of a terminal fitting of the terminated electric cable used as an insert section. Terminal-provided wire

An electric wire with a terminal may include an insulated electric wire that may include an insulating coating of polyolefin based resin, an adhesive layer that may be formed over an entire circumference of a surface of the insulating coating, and a waterproofing resin portion that may be formed by insert molding. The waterproofing resin portion may cover a region between the adhesive layer of the insulated electric wire and a portion where the metal terminal is connected to a core wire. The adhesive layer may include a composition of a copolymer of ethylene and glycidyl methacrylate and a phenol based curing agent. The waterproofing resin portion may include aromatic nylon.
