A vehicle including a vehicle body that includes: a floor panel; a dash panel; a first and a second dash cross members extending in a right-left direction of the vehicle along the dash panel; and a center tunnel extending from the dash panel rearward in the vehicle along the floor panel. The first dash cross member includes a right side portion extending from a right side face of the center tunnel to a right end of the dash panel and a left side portion extending from a left side face of the center tunnel to a left end of the dash panel. The second dash cross member is located above the first dash cross member and continues from the right end to the left end of the dash panel, and at least a part of the second dash cross member extends to curve along the center tunnel.

Vehicle

An electric vehicle may include: a body comprising a compartment on a front side of a cabin; a component frame located in the compartment, and connected to the body; and a circuit case located on the component frame, comprising therein a control circuit configured to control a traction motor, and constituted of metal. The component frame may comprise: a plurality of crossmembers extending along a vehicle left-right direction; and a connection member connecting the plurality of crossmembers to each other. The plurality of crossmembers may comprise a rear crossmember which is a rearmost crossmember of the plurality of crossmembers. The circuit case may be on the front side of a rear end of the rear crossmember in a top view.

Electric vehicle

A vehicle body may include a dash crossmember, a rocker extending rearwards from an end of the dash crossmember, a front pillar extends upwards from the rocker along the side portion of the cabin and a reinforcement plate including a first end joined to the dash crossmember and a second end joined to the front pillar. An inner wall of the dash crossmember may have an uneven shape that defines at least one bend extending in the right-left direction. The first end of the reinforcement plate may at least partly have a bent shape that conforms with the uneven shape of the dash crossmember.

Vehicle body

A holding structure for holding a mounted part on a floor panel includes: a floor panel that extends in a vehicle front-rear direction and in a vehicle width direction, the floor panel including an adhesion surface that is joined via an adhesive agent to a first portion of a body, and an anchoring portion that protrudes from a surface on an opposite side from the adhesion surface; a mounted part that is anchored to the anchoring portion; and a connecting component comprising a first portion that is fixed to the mounted part, and a second portion that is fixed to a second portion of the body.

Holding structure for holding a mounted part on a floor panel

A vehicle front structure includes a first bumper reinforcement, a pair of right and left front side members respectively disposed on a vehicle rear side of outer portions of the first bumper reinforcement in a vehicle width direction, an apron upper member, a first crash box interposed between the first bumper reinforcement and the front side member, a cross member coupling together front ends of the pair of right and left front side members in the vehicle width direction, and a high-voltage component disposed on the vehicle rear side of and at a distance from the cross member. The first crash box is configured to undergo compressive deformation when a load equal to or larger than a predetermined value is input from the first bumper reinforcement.

Vehicle front structure

A vehicle lower portion structure includes a resinous floor panel constituting a vehicle cabin floor surface, and a metallic reinforcing member. The reinforcing member is disposed to be bridged between vehicle skeleton members on a lower side of the floor panel and is configured to support a vehicle-mounted object disposed on the lower side of the floor panel.

Vehicle lower portion structure

A vehicle battery mounting structure includes a battery frame that is disposed at a vehicle lower side of a floor panel, and is made from resin; a ductile member that includes a main body joined to the battery frame and a flange contiguously formed at a vehicle width direction outside end of the main body, the flange having a hole, and the ductile member being fastened to a lower face of the floor panel using a fastener inserted through the hole; and a fastening portion that is formed in a region including the hole, having a substantially hat shaped cross-section profile projecting toward a vehicle upper side and having ridge lines on vehicle front-rear direction sides of the region, and the ridge lines being formed with curved or bent shape toward directions heading away from the hole on progression toward a vehicle width direction inside in plan view.

Vehicle battery mounting structure

In a battery frame, an upper panel is made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic, and first reinforcements are made of sheet metal. Head portions of rivets are disposed at the upper panel side, and a diameter dimension of the head portions is set larger than that of caulking portions of the rivets. This enables a contact surface area between the rivets and the upper panel to be larger than in cases in which the caulking portions are disposed at the upper panel side. This enables peripheral edge portions of first joint holes in the upper panel to be supported by the head portions of the rivets over a large surface area. The peripheral edge portions of the first joint holes in the upper panel are thereby suppressed from breaking and the like.

Heterogeneous material joint structure

A vehicle floor structure comprises a floor panel made from fiber reinforced resin; a pair of framework members made of metal, the pair of framework members extend in a vehicle front-rear direction with the floor panel interposed at vehicle width direction inner sides of the pair of framework members, and both end portions in a vehicle width direction of the floor panel are joined to the pair of framework members; and a cross member made of metal, and the cross member extends in the vehicle width direction, both end portions in the vehicle width direction of the cross member are joined to the pair of framework members.

Vehicle floor structure

A vehicle battery mounting structure includes: an energy absorption member that is provided at a vehicle body lower side of a floor panel, and that includes a first side wall portion sloping toward a vehicle body upper outside at a vehicle width direction inside of the energy absorption member, as viewed from a vehicle body longitudinal direction; and a battery frame made of resin that is disposed at the vehicle width direction inside of the first side wall portion, that supports a battery, and that includes a second side wall portion sloping toward the vehicle body upper outside at the vehicle width direction outside of the battery frame, as viewed from the vehicle body longitudinal direction, and facing the first side wall portion in the vehicle width direction.

A resin panel structure capable of improving positioning precision of a resin panel is provided. A resin panel structure includes a fiber reinforced plastic upper panel, a fiber reinforced plastic lower panel disposed below the upper panel, a fiber reinforced plastic core panel that is installed between the upper panel and the lower panel and joined to the upper panel and the lower panel, and includes an opening into which a portion of the upper panel or a portion of the lower panel is inserted, and a joining member that joins the upper panel or the lower panel that is inserted into the opening, and the other of the upper panel or the lower panel, together.

Resin panel structure

A battery mounting structure for a vehicle includes: a battery frame made of fiber reinforced resin and fastened and fixed to a vehicle body via a plurality of first fastening portions; a battery fastened and fixed to the battery frame via a plurality of second fastening portions; and a ductile member provided between the first fastening portion and the second fastening portion.

Battery mounting structure for vehicle

A vehicle battery mounting structure includes i) a battery frame that includes a battery upper frame made of fiber-reinforced resin and a battery lower frame made of fiber-reinforced resin, and that is arranged on a vehicle body lower side of a floor panel and supports a battery; and ii) a ductile member that has an upper main body portion joined to the battery upper frame, an upper flange portion continuously provided on a vehicle width direction outside end portion of the upper main body portion, a lower main body portion joined to the battery lower frame, and a lower flange portion continuously provided on a vehicle width direction outside end portion of the lower main body portion, in which the upper flange portion and the lower flange portion are overlapped and fixed to a lower surface side of the floor panel.

A vehicle body lower portion structure that may prevent or suppress an occurrence of cracks in a support plate even if a load from an obstacle on a road surface is inputted at an end portion of the support plate. Support portions are configured at a stack frame. Lower faces of flange portions of a metal plate member are fixed to the support portions via adhesive layers. Extended end portions are formed extending from the support portions at a front end portion and a rear end portion of the stack frame. At each extended end portion of the stack frame, an inclined portion is formed. The inclined portion is inflected toward a vehicle body upper side from a projected portion of the support portion, and is inclined to a side away from the flange portion of the metal plate member.
