A breather device includes an intake path configured to communicate between an interior space of a target case and an exterior space, an exhaust path configured to communicate between the interior space and the exterior space and at least partially separated from the intake path, an intake valve inserted in the intake path and configured to allow outside air to flow into the interior space only when an internal pressure Pi is lower, at least by a fixed extent, than an external pressure Po, and an exhaust valve inserted in the exhaust path and configured to allow gas within the interior space to flow toward the exterior space only when the internal pressure Pi is higher, at least by a fixed extent, than the external pressure Po, and a water stop filter disposed downstream of the intake valve in an intake air flowing direction in the intake path.

Breather device

A stator for a rotary electric machine includes a stator core and a stator coil. The stator core includes an annular back yoke, a plurality of teeth, and a plurality of slots. The stator coil, being housed in the slots and wound around the teeth of the stator core, includes coil ends protruding from the respective end faces of the stator core in the axial direction. The rotary electric machine stator further includes an insulating sleeve which is wound around root portion of the coil end on the end face of the stator core in the axial direction and disposed along the circumferential direction of the back yoke.

Stator for rotary electric machine

A rotary electric machine includes a stator core, a coil, and a molded portion. The stator core includes an annular yoke and a plurality of teeth. The teeth protrude radially inward from the annular yoke. The coils are wound around the teeth respectively. The coil includes a coil end that protrudes toward an axially outer side from an axially end surface of the stator core. The molded portion is a resin member that covers the coil end. The molded portion includes a first member. The first member includes a communication portion that communicates inside of the molded portion with outside of the molded portion.

A stator includes a stator core, an insulating body, a coil, and a resin-molded product. The stator core includes a circumferentially side surface and an axially upper surface. The insulating body includes a side wall and an upper wall. The side wall covers the circumferentially side surface of the stator core. The upper wall covers the axially upper surface of the stator core. A radially inner side end surface of the upper wall is positioned farther toward a radially outer side than a radially inner side end surface of the side wall. The resin-molded product covers the coil.

Stator

Communication grooves for communicating an outer circumferential side with an inner circumferential side of a stator core are formed at a contact face, that contacts the stator core, of a three-phase terminal fixing member. Furthermore, a retention part deeper than the communication grooves is formed. When resin is injected, air between the stator core and a stationary mold and between the stator core and a movable mold is discharged to the outside through the communication grooves, and thus it is possible to suppress formation of voids between the stator core and the stationary mold and between the stator core and the movable mold. In addition, the resin expands by releasing its pressure at the retention part, and thus it is possible to suppress the resin from flowing to the outside through the communication grooves.

Three-phase rotary electric machine

A structure which enables highly accurate detection of the temperature of the stator windings of a dynamo-electric machine. A terminal base () integrated with a stator by resin molding is provided with: positioning sections () for three-phase stator windings (); and a positioning section () for a thermistor (). The positioning section () is disposed between the positioning sections (). The thermistor () is insert molded on the terminal base ().

Dynamo-electric machine

A rotor includes a rotor core fixedly attached to a rotational shaft and having a plurality of hole portions arranged in the circumferential direction, a magnet inserted into a plurality of hole portions each, and a filling portion injected into the hole portion. The filling portion is injected into the hole portion from a gate facing a central part in the width direction of the magnet in the opening of the hole portion.

A shield structure of a conductor cable includes a first case that accommodates a rotating electrical machine, a first terminal block that is provided on the first case, a second case that accommodates an inverter, a second terminal block that is provided on the second case, a conductor cable that electrically connects the first terminal block and the second terminal block to each other, and a metal shell that is arranged across the first case and the second case and covers at least part of a periphery of the conductor cable.

Rotating electrical-machine control system and method of operating magnet temperature of rotating electrical-machine

An object oil temperature is determined by adopting a gradual change process for an oil temperature of a cooling lubricant oil, which is used to lubricate and cool down a motor and a transmission constructed to cause an output power of the motor to be subjected to speed change and to be transmitted to a driveshaft. A load factor of the motor is subsequently set based on the set object oil temperature and a motor coil temperature. A motor torque command is set with the load factor, and the motor is then driven and controlled to ensure output of a torque equivalent to the set motor torque command. This arrangement drives and controls the motor with consideration of the oil temperature of the cooling lubricant oil and thus ensures more adequate actuation of the motor, compared with a conventional drive control without consideration of the oil temperature of the cooling lubricant oil.

Power output apparatus, control method of power output apparatus, and vehicle equipped with power output apparatus

A rotor includes: a rotor core fixedly attached to a rotational shaft and having a magnet-inserted hole portion; a magnet inserted into the magnet-inserted hole portion; and a resin portion injected into the magnet-inserted hole portion. The rotor core is constructed by axially stacking a plurality of electromagnetic steel sheets. The electromagnetic steel sheets include: an electromagnetic steel sheet having the magnet-inserted hole portion and a weight-reducing-purpose hole portion provided separately from the magnet-inserted hole portion; and an electromagnetic steel sheet located on at least one axial end of the rotor core and having a portion covering the hole portion formed in the electromagnetic steel sheet.

Rotor and method of manufacturing the same and electric vehicle

An object is to provide a rotor manufacturing method capable of reducing a rotor unbalance amount by controlling a magnet arrangement position in a rotor core and improving work efficiency when fixing a magnet to the rotor core by using resin. A lower surface of a rotor core is arranged in a lower mold. A magnet is arranged in a lower mold. A magnet is contained in each of magnet containing holes formed in the rotor core in such a manner that a predetermined space is assumed between an upper surface of the rotor core and an upper surface of the magnet. An upper mold is arranged on the upper surface of the rotor core. The upper mold and the lower mold apply a pressure to the rotor core and a molten resin is supplied with pressure from an internal diameter side via the predetermined space into the plurality of magnet containing holes from respective cylinder arranged in the upper mold. Thus, the magnets are molded by resin while pressing the magnets toward the outer diameter side of the magnet containing holes.

Rotor manufacturing method

The present invention has an object to propose a method of producing a rotor, capable of reliably fixing a magnet to a rotor core with resin and preventing breakage of the rotor core. The present invention includes a step of fixing a permanent magnet to a rotor core by injecting molten resin into a slot by injection molding on the condition that, assuming that: a dimension between an end surface of the rotor core and an end surface of the permanent magnet is a core end surface-magnet interval; and a minimum value of a dimension between an inner surface of the slot and a side surface of the permanent magnet, allowing the molten resin to fully fill a clearance between the inner surface of the slot and the side surface of the permanent magnet by injecting the resin into the slot through a cylinder, is a minimum slot-magnet interval value, and a value of the core end surface-magnet interval is equal to or larger than the minimum slot-magnet interval value.
