Provided is an electric linear actuator advantageous in downsizing and weight reduction. The electric linear actuator includes: a housing; a motor held by the housing; a nut member rotatably held with respect to the housing; a screw shaft threadedly engaged with the nut member; a drive shaft directly coupled with the motor; a rotation transmitting member rotatably supported about the drive shaft; a rotary driven member fixed to the nut member and rotated in accordance with the rotation transmitting member; a clutch member to which rotation of the drive shaft is transmitted, and which is provided so as to freely advance and retract in an axial direction of the drive shaft, and in which meshing with the rotation transmitting member is effected at an engagement position, and meshing with the rotation transmitting member is cancelled at a retraction position; and a setting lever capable of setting the clutch member to one of the advance position and the retraction position.

A wall-mounting structure allowing an object to be supported such as furniture or an electrical appliance to freely move on the wall surface and capable of preventing the aesthetic appearance of the wall surface from being impaired, including a mounting plate to which the object to be supported is fixed and slide support members for movably supporting the mounting plate on the wall surface, in which each of the slide support members is composed of a track rail which has a substantially rectangular section and ball rolling surfaces on the both side surfaces thereof, and moving blocks assembled with the track rail through a large number of balls.

Lens moving mechanism and liquid crystal projector

In a lens mounting mechanism, by rotating a ring member through touching lugs of the ring member and aligning grooves of a base member and recesses of the ring member in the circumferential direction, and then inserting a lens barrel into a hole portion, the lens barrel is moved to the hole portion without being interfered by projections of a barrel mounting member, so that the lens barrel can be inserted into the hole portion until a flange portion abuts against an opening end surface. Then, by touching the lugs of the ring member and rotating the ring member to displace the recesses from the grooves of the base member in the circumference direction, the projection of the barrel mounting member is locked by the ring member and the barrel mounting member is fixed to the base member, so that the lens barrel can be mounted to the apparatus body.
