A ventilator includes: a blower unit that exchanges indoor air; a corrected threshold calculation unit that calculates a corrected threshold by correcting a predetermined threshold of COconcentration in the indoor air for changing a ventilation air volume on the basis of a detected outdoor air COconcentration value that is COconcentration in outdoor air detected; and a ventilation air volume control unit that changes the ventilation air volume by controlling an air volume of the blower unit on the basis of the COconcentration in the indoor air and the corrected threshold.

A heat exchange ventilator includes an exterior casing, and a heat exchanger that includes a heat exchange element of quadrangular-prism shape and heat exchanger frames each of which is mounted to each of four corners of the heat exchange element. The heat exchange ventilator includes guide rails that are mounted inside the exterior casing and engage the heat exchanger frame to guide the heat exchanger. Each of the guide rails includes an end-face-facing part facing an end face of the heat exchanger frame, a side-facing part providing a clearance between a side of the heat exchanger frame and the side-facing part, a holding part projecting from the side-facing part toward the heat exchanger frame, and a seal member that is provided in the clearance and seals a gap between the heat exchanger frame and the guide rail.

Heat exchange ventilator

A heat exchange ventilator includes: a partition wall that has a bypass opening allowing an exhaust air duct upstream of a total heat exchanger to communicate with the exhaust air duct between the total heat exchanger and a humidifier, and separates the exhaust air duct upstream of the total heat exchanger and a supply air duct downstream of the total heat exchanger; a bypass damper that opens and closes the bypass opening; and a controller that performs control to open the bypass opening by the bypass damper at a first time, and close the bypass opening by the bypass damper at a second time.

A multiblade fan includes an impeller including a rotating plate and blades and further includes a fan casing having a circumferential wall and a first end face disposed adjacent to distal ends of the blades. The first end face has an inlet. The multiblade fan further includes a duct and a flow regulating block disposed on an inner surface of the first end face. The flow regulating block regulates a flow of the air. The duct includes a diffuser plate. The circumferential wall includes a tongue that is connected to the diffuser plate. The first end face has a bell mouth provided at the inlet. The flow regulating block is spaced from the circumferential wall and extends along the bell mouth in the rotation direction such that the flow regulating block is located in a range of 120 degrees from a reference position on a line connecting the rotary shaft to a tip of the tongue.
