Permanent magnet synchronous motor

Provided is a rotating electric machine, including: a stator; and a rotor, wherein the rotor includes: a rotor core having a plurality of holes formed so as to be arranged in a circumferential direction of the rotor; and at least one permanent magnet, wherein the number of magnetic poles of the rotor is 'p', wherein the plurality of holes include a first hole into which the permanent magnet is inserted, and a second hole into which the permanent magnet is not inserted, the first hole including p/2 first holes, the second hole including p/2 second holes, wherein the first hole and the second hole are formed so as to be alternately arranged in the circumferential direction, and wherein the second hole includes a first opening portion that opens to the stator side in a radial direction of the rotor.

Rotating electric machine

A rotating electric machine includes a stator and a rotor. The rotor includes a rotor core and a plurality of permanent magnets. The rotor core includes a plurality of core portions. The rotor core includes an annular portion and a plurality of coupling portions. Each of the plurality of coupling portions couples the annular portion and a first core portion of each of the plurality of core portions to each other. Each of the plurality of coupling portions has at least one coupling path. A sum of a width of a portion having the smallest width in at least one coupling path is smaller than a length of a joining boundary between the annular portion and each of the plurality of coupling portions.

Provided is a short-circuit detection device including: a signal acquisition unit configured to acquire, from a magnetic flux detector configured to detect a magnetic flux generated in an air gap between a rotor and a stator of a rotating electric machine, a detection signal corresponding to the magnetic flux; a signal processing unit configured to subject the detection signal acquired by the signal acquisition unit to filtering of removing at least one component of odd-order components included in the detection signal, to thereby generate a filtered signal being the detection signal subjected to the filtering; and a short-circuit detection unit configured to detect a short circuit of a field winding through use of the filtered signal generated by the signal processing unit.

Short circuit detection device and short circuit detection method

A resolver device with redundancy, wherein winding groups of different systems are arranged at different positions in a circumferential direction of a stator core. The winding groups of each system include: an excitation winding group consisting of a plurality of excitation windings, each of which is connected to a corresponding one of plural excitation circuits; and a first output winding group; and a second output winding group. Each of the stator teeth has a corresponding one of the excitation windings wound therearound. When two of the excitation windings belonging to different systems, arranged side by side in the circumferential direction of the stator core, are defined as a first end excitation winding and a second end excitation winding, respectively, the first end excitation winding and the second end excitation winding are supplied with excitation signals which generate magnetic fluxes in the same (not opposite) radial directions of the stator core.

Redundancy resolver device and electric power steering device

A rotor core of a rotating electrical machine has interpole bridges each disposed on an outer circumferential side with respect to a permanent magnet in a non-magnetic portion between the poles, and interpole diameter bridges each surrounded by two permanent magnets and an interpole bridge. The outer circumferential surface of each interpole bridge is formed by a first flat surface. Thus, a path of a magnetic flux passing through a magnetic gap is lengthened, so that a q-axis inductance is reduced. In addition, a width in a radial direction of each interpole bridge and a width in a circumferential direction of each interpole diameter bridge are constant, and each interpole bridge and each interpole diameter bridge are disposed so as to be perpendicular to each other to form a T shape. Thus, the concentration of stress during press-fitting of the permanent magnet into a magnet hole can be reduced.

Rotating electrical machine

A permanent magnet synchronous machine includes a stator including a plurality of split core blocks that are continuously arranged in a rotation direction of a rotor. The plurality of split core blocks each includes: a permanent magnet; a pair of teeth arranged on both ends of the permanent magnet so as to sandwich the permanent magnet in the rotation direction; and connection teeth, which are provided on axial end portions of the pair of teeth sandwiching the permanent magnet, and are configured to connect the pair of teeth.

Permanent magnet synchronous machine and method for manufacturing permanent magnet synchronous machine stator

A synchronous linear motor, including: a stator including projecting poles including magnetic bodies; and a movable element arranged opposed to the projecting poles through a space. The movable element includes a core with a magnetic body, coils, and permanent magnets arrayed along a moving direction. The core includes core backs and teeth projecting from the core backs toward the projecting poles. The coils are at least wound around the teeth on both end sides in the moving direction. The permanent magnets are arranged at center portions of the teeth along a projecting direction of the teeth. A polarity of a magnetic pole of the permanent magnet is the same as a polarity of an opposed magnetic pole in an adjacent permanent magnet. The number of different shapes of the permanent magnets or the number of different magnetic characteristics of the permanent magnets is two or more.

Synchronous linear motor

An armature has a plurality of armature cores arranged in a line in a first direction, coils wound on an area of the armature cores in a second direction, a carrier provided with a space in which to dispose the coils left in a third direction orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction with respect to the armature cores, and at least one mounting member to fix the armature cores and the carrier. The armature cores are fixed to the mounting member by first bolts, and the carrier is fixed to the mounting member by second bolts. The at least one mounting member, the first bolts, and the second bolts are disposed in positions not overlapping the coils when viewed from the third direction.
