A fill limit vent valve includes a float valve, a housing, and a lid. The housing includes a cylindrical outer wall and a tubular portion. The outer wall has a central axis. The tubular portion accommodates the float valve. The lid is placed on the upper end of the tubular portion and has a communicating opening. The housing includes a fuel passage that has an inlet and a discharge port. The discharge port is connected to the communicating opening. A section of the tubular portion that faces the fuel passage is constituted by a curved surface. A guide wall that has at least one guide surface is provided between the fuel passage and the inlet. A straight line on the curved surface that is parallel with the central axis is defined as a generatrix. The guide surface extends along the curved surface while being inclined relative to the generatrix.

Fill limit vent valve

A fuel shut-off valve includes a housing, a float valve, and a tubular fuel inflow portion. The housing includes a communicating opening that communicates with the outside of the fuel tank, a tubular portion that extends in a vertical direction, and an inlet for liquid fuel located in the tubular portion at a position below the communicating opening. The float valve selectively closes and opens the communicating opening by moving vertically. The fuel inflow portion is provided outside the tubular portion and has a first end having an inflow port for liquid fuel and a second end connected to the inlet. The inflow port is opened at a position that is above the inlet and spaced outward in a radial direction from the tubular portion. The housing includes a discharge port for discharging liquid fuel in the housing.

Fuel shut-off valve

The mounting structure of a fuel device is for mounting the fuel device, which includes a plurality of components, on a baffle plate for suppressing waving of liquid fuel stored in a fuel tank. One of the components of the fuel device is integrally formed, as a mounting portion, with the baffle plate. The remaining components of the fuel device are mounted, as a mounted portion, on the mounting portion of the baffle plate.

Mounting structure of fuel device

A fuel tank joint includes a tubular joint body and an entry restriction member. The joint body includes a support portion. The entry restriction member includes a body tube, a groove, a guide, and an engagement hook. The body tube has opposite open ends in the flow direction of fuel. The groove extends upstream from the downstream end of the body tube and is engaged with the support portion. The guide is formed in part of the body tube that includes the downstream end of the body tube and guides the groove to the support portion by contacting the support portion when the body tube is inserted into the joint body. The engagement hook is formed in a downstream end section of the body tube and engaged with the support portion, from a downstream side, in a state in which the groove is engaged with the support portion.

Fuel tank joint

The connector comprises a housing having a connection hole where a pipe with a flange is inserted, a retainer having a latching portion that retains the pipe by being arranged at a location facing the connection hole and engaged with the flange, and a checker that is supported by the housing at the retaining position and is movable from the retaining position to the connection confirmation position when the pipe is inserted into the connection hole up to the normal connection position. The checker is configured to release the engagement between the latching portion and the flange, when at the connection confirmation position, by having the retainer that is engaged with the flange of the pipe at the normal connection position pushed to expand the distance of the retainer so that the pipe can be pulled out from the connection hole.

Connector

A fuel cutoff valve is equipped with a casing main body having a valve chamber that forms a connection hole that is an opening to the valve chamber side on an upper wall, a cover that forms a pipe which forms a pipe passage, and a float housed inside the valve chamber. The cover is equipped with a pipe extended part which is provided extending inside the linking chamber from the pipe in a tube shape facing the connection hole and on an substantially straight line, the pipe extended part has an extended passageconnected to the pipe passage, the extended passage has an inflow port that opens to the linking chamber, and the inflow port is provided on the side opposite the pipe with the connection hole as the center.

Fuel cutoff valve

A fuel cutoff valve comprises a casing main body with a connecting hole and a valve chamber, a cover forming the tube member, and the float housed in the valve chamber. The valve comprises, above the casing main body, the liquid closure member forming the retaining chamber for temporarily retaining liquid fuel flown out of the connecting hole and the partition member formed in plurality in a ridge form on the upper surface of the upper wall within the retaining chamber. Each partition member is arranged radially so as to be connected to the liquid closure member from the near center of the connecting hole, and configured in such a way that the retaining chamber is divided into multiple divided chambers.

A fuel tank valve device equipped with a casing, and a valve mechanism. The valve mechanism has a first valve unit having a first valve connecting hole, and a second valve unit that opens and closes the first valve connecting hole. The first valve unit completely closes the valve flow path by moving by the force in the valve closing direction when the pressure of the second communication path exceeds a preset first pressure value. In a state when the first valve unit is closing the valve flow path, when the pressure of the second communication path exceeds a preset second pressure value that is greater than the first pressure value, the second valve unit receives the pressure from the first valve connecting hole and moves to open the first valve connecting hole, communicating with the valve flow path.
