A waterproof structure including an extension shaft disposed at an upper side of a vertically extending ball screw spline shaft so as to be coaxial with the ball screw spline shaft, a cylindrical cover member that covers the extension shaft and the ball screw spline shaft and is configured to be extended and shortened in a direction along a longitudinal axis of the extension shaft, and a rotary connection unit that connects the ball screw spline shaft and the extension shaft to each other so that the ball screw spline shaft and the extension shaft are configured to rotate relative to each other around the longitudinal axis, where an upper end of the cover member is fixed to an upper end of the extension shaft.

Waterproof structure and robot

A linear motion mechanism is provided with a shaft extending along an axis, a drive mechanism which moves the shaft in the axis direction, a housing which accommodates the drive mechanism and which has an opening allowing one end portion of the shaft to project to the outside so as to be capable of moving backward and forward, and a tubular protective cover of which the two ends are fixed to the housing and the end portion of the shaft. The protective cover encloses the opening and the part of the shaft that projects outward from the opening, expands and contracts in the axis direction with movement of the shaft relative to the housing in the axis direction, and is fixed to the housing in a position in which a part of the drive mechanism including an end surface through which the shaft projects is disposed inside the protective cover.

Linear motion mechanism and horizontal articulated robot

Wiring member support device supports a movable section of a wiring member provided across two link members supported to be rotatable about a predetermined axis, the movable section capable of moving in accordance with relative rotation of the link members, the wiring member support device including, two or more support pieces provided with at least one guide hole through which an intermediate position of the movable section of the wiring member in the longitudinal direction passes and which has an inner diameter slightly greater than an outer diameter of the wiring member, the two or more support pieces connected to be detachable from each other at the position of the guide hole in a radial direction of the guide hole. The wiring member support device is fixed to the link member at a position between a fixed position of the wiring member to the link member and the predetermined axis.

Wiring member support device

An interface mechanism is provided in a cover of an arm of a horizontal articulated robot and connects a wiring member inside the arm and a wiring member outside the horizontal articulated robot to each other. The interface mechanism includes a fixed member that is disposed inside the arm and that is fixed to a cover, and also includes a connecting member that is attached to the fixed member and to which the wiring member inside the arm and the wiring member outside the horizontal articulated robot are connected. The fixed member is fixed to an inner surface of the cover in a state where the fixed member abuts against the inner surface from below.
