A three-dimensional molding device includes: a stage; an ejection unit including a tip end portion in which a first nozzle hole and a second nozzle hole are formed adjacent to each other at a predetermined interval along a first axis, and configured to eject a material from the first nozzle hole and the second nozzle hole toward the stage; a position changing unit configured to change relative positions of the stage and the ejection unit along a second axis that is parallel to a deposition surface and that is orthogonal to the first axis; and a pressing unit disposed on a rear side in a movement direction of the ejection unit relative to the stage and configured to press the material deposited on the stage. The pressing unit presses a first deposition portion formed by the material that is ejected from the first nozzle hole and deposited, and a second deposition portion formed by the material that is ejected from the second nozzle hole and deposited at an interval from the first deposition portion, so as to couple the first deposition portion and the second deposition portion.

Three-dimensional molding device

A material discharge device includes: a drive motor; a screw having a groove formation surface and configured to rotate; a barrel having a facing surface and formed with a communication hole through which a plasticized material flows; a heating unit configured to heat the material; a nozzle from which the material is injected to an outside; and a plurality of measurement units configured to measure a pressure or a temperature of the material. The measurement units are disposed at an outer periphery of a nozzle channel wall, and a thickness of the nozzle channel wall satisfies the following (1) or (2): (1) when the nozzle channel wall is made of a material containing iron as a main component, the thickness of the nozzle channel wall is 0.2 mm or more and 2.5 mm or less; and (2) when the nozzle channel wall is made of a material containing aluminum as a main component, the thickness of the nozzle channel wall is 0.2 mm or more and 4 mm or less.

Material discharge device, nozzle, and plasticizing device

An injection molding device includes a housing having a door, an injection molding machine, a detection section, and a control section. The control section controls voltage applied to the mold clamping motor, and performs mold-clamping and mold-opening of the upper mold and the lower mold by either moving the injection unit and the upper mold along the vertical direction or by moving the lower mold along the vertical direction. The mold clamping device further includes a first brake section that, when application of voltage to the mold clamping motor is stopped, regulates movement of the injection unit and the upper mold in the vertical direction or movement of the lower mold in the vertical direction. When the detection section detects that the door is open or detects intrusion of foreign matter, the control section stops application of voltage to the mold clamping motor.

A three-dimensional shaping device includes: a plasticization unit that plasticizes at least a part of a material to produce a shaping material; a nozzle that ejects the shaping material to an uppermost layer; a moving mechanism that changes a relative position between the nozzle and the uppermost layer; a control unit that controls the moving mechanism such that the shaping material is ejected from the nozzle to the uppermost layer; and a compression unit that has a contact surface with a shape surrounding the nozzle and is capable of compressing the shaping material by bringing the contact surface into contact with the shaping material ejected to the uppermost layer.

To provide an injection molding machine which includes: a melting unit including a screw rotating about a rotation axis and having a groove forming surface on which a groove is formed and a barrel provided with a communication hole in a facing surface facing the groove forming surface, and configured to plasticize a material to generate a plasticized material and make the plasticized material flow out of the communication hole; a heating unit configured to heat the melting unit; an injection nozzle in communication with the communication hole and configured to inject the plasticized material into a mold; an injection control unit including a cylinder coupled to the communication hole and a plunger; a pressure detection unit configured to detect a pressure of the plasticized material flowing into the communication hole; and a control unit. Provided is a material supply device that supplies a material to a plasticizing unit, the plasticizing unit being configured to plasticize the material to generate a plasticized material, the material supply device including: a housing having an inlet through which the material is fed into the plasticizing unit, and accommodating the material; and a rotary member provided above the inlet in the housing and configured to rotate around a rotation shaft intersecting a vertical direction. The material is accommodated above the rotary member in the housing, and the material is intermittently supplied to the inlet by the rotation of the rotary member.

Three-dimensional shaping device and method for manufacturing three-dimensional shaped object

A plasticizing device includes: a flat screw having a groove formation surface in which a spiral groove is formed and configured to rotate about a rotation axis by a motor; a barrel having a facing surface facing the groove formation surface in a direction of the rotation axis; a heater configured to heat the material supplied between the groove formation surface and the facing surface; and a screw case accommodating the flat screw and having a supply port through which the material is supplied to the groove. The flat screw includes a first side surface in which an introduction port for introducing the material from the supply port into the groove is partially formed, and a second side surface provided on a side farther away from the barrel than the first side surface. A first distance which is a shortest distance between the first side surface and the screw case is larger than a second distance which is a shortest distance between the second side surface and the screw case, and a recessed portion is formed in the second side surface.
