A microwave plasma generation apparatus () includes: a rectangular waveguide () that transmits a microwave; a slot antenna () that has a slot () through which the microwave passes; and a dielectric portion () that is arranged so as to cover the slot () and of which a plasma generating region-side front face is parallel to an incident direction in which the microwave enters from the slot (). The microwave plasma generation apparatus () is able to generate microwave plasma (P) under a low pressure of lower than or equal to 1 Pa. A magnetron sputtering deposition system () includes the microwave plasma generation apparatus (), and carries out film deposition using magnetron plasma (P) while radiating microwave plasma (P) between a base material () and a target (). With the magnetron sputtering deposition system (), it is possible to form a thin film having small asperities on its surface.

A joint part including a welding portion with a rim of an opening of a fuel resin tank as well as a high barrier property on its interface. The joint part has a multi-layer structure including a barrier layer and at least one of an inner layer and an outer layer coaxially laminated on an inner periphery and/or an outer periphery of the barrier layer, respectively, wherein the barrier layer is formed by a compound material composed of one or more of fuel permeation-resistant resin, such as ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, polyamide polyester or liquid crystal polymer, and polyethylene, while the inner layer and the outer layer are composed of high-density polyethylene or modified high-density polyethylene.

Joint part for resin fuel tank

A hose and a method of producing the same. The hose includes a tubular resin inner layer, a metal plating layer formed on an outer peripheral surface of the resin inner layer, and a resin outer layer formed on an outer peripheral surface of the metal plating layer, wherein a chromium oxide film is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the resin inner layer and a metal film is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the chromium oxide film between the resin inner layer and the metal plating layer and the metal plating layer is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the metal film. Further, a chromium oxide film is formed between the metal plating layer and the resin outer layer.
