A fuel supply port device includes a tubular main member portion where a fuel supply nozzle is inserted from a tube-upper-end side; a cover member covering a side portion on the tube-upper-end side of the tubular main member portion from an outside; an earth member electrically connecting a fuel-supply-nozzle side to be inserted and a body-panel side; and a seal member sealing a pass-through portion of the earth member formed in the cover member. The seal member includes an insert-through portion allowing a one-end-portion side of the earth member to be inserted to pass through from the outside of the tubular main member portion.

Fuel supply port device

A fuel filler port device includes a fuel filler port, a main flap which is disposed in the fuel filler port and is configured to be rotated to an open position by introducing a fuel filler nozzle to open the fuel filler port, a drain opening disposed in the fuel filler port at an outer side of the main flap, and a closure mechanism which closes the drain opening in a fuel filling state.

Fuel filler port device

The fuel filler neck device is attached to a filler pipe and is opened and closed by a fueling nozzle. The device has a cover member which has an introduction opening for the fueling nozzle and which is engaged with the filler pipe side with engagement parts formed on the filler pipe side being fitted in window holes. Insertion parts are respectively formed adjacent to the engagement parts in the circumferential direction of the filler pipe. The engagement parts can be each disengaged by deforming or breaking the cover member side by inserting a portion of a tool into the insertion part.

Housing connection for fuel filler port device

A closing member includes a pair of flap members, and an urging device urging each flap member to be positioned at a closed position closing a near-side pass-through opening for a fuel filling nozzle. Each flap member includes a turning assembly portion which becomes a center of turning, and an abutment portion relative to the other of the flap members. A far-side pass-through opening for the fuel filling nozzle, and a guide slope face for the fuel filling nozzle, which is a slope face having an opening edge of the far-side pass-through opening as a slope lower end and a vicinity of the near-side pass-through opening as a slope upper end and formed on both sides of a directly underneath position including the directly underneath position of the abutment portion of the flap member located at the closed position, are formed on a far side of the closing member.

Fuel filling device

A fuel filling aperture device includes a closing member turned to an open position to open a fuel filling aperture by an introduction of a fuel filling nozzle. The closing member includes a pair of flap members, and urging devices urging the pair of flap members to be positioned at a closed position. Each of the pair of flap members includes a turning assembly portion which becomes a center of the turning, and an abutment portion relative to the other flap member. Also, a seal projecting piece abutting against an opening edge portion of a pass-through opening of the fuel filling nozzle at the closed position, and an edge projecting piece continuing to a terminal of the seal projecting piece, and forming at least one portion of the abutment portion, are formed on a surface portion of each of the pair of flap members.

A valve device includes a float and a case storing the float. The valve device forms a part of a ventilation passage of a fuel tank. The case includes a partition wall which divides inside the case into an upper chamber and a storage chamber to house the float. The partition wall includes a rising portion opened and closed by the float, and a rising portion which surrounds the opening in the upper chamber. A dividing portion is formed in the rising portion to guide liquid to flow downward, and an upper surface of the partition wall outside the rising portion is formed with a gradient such that a side of the dividing part is a low part of an inclined portion thereof.

Valve device

Disclosed is a fuel filter in which is disposed in a fuel suction port of a fuel tank or in a fuel line and used to filter the fuel. At least one of filter materials constituting the fuel filter is made into a multifunctional filter material having a function of trapping dust of different particle diameters in stages, by differing the diameter of the pores in the filter material from the primary side to the secondary side of the filter material so that the size of the pores decreases toward the secondary side.

Fuel filter

A filler cap tether includes attachment portions on both ends of a string-like member, of which one end-side attachment portion is connected to a filler cap to be removably mounted on an oil feeding port whereas the other end-side attachment portion is connected to the vehicle body-side corresponding portion. The filler cap tether includes a disengagement portion for permitting the filler cap and the vehicle body-side corresponding portion to enter into a disconnected state when a load with a predetermined value or above is applied.

Filler cap tether

A filter device includes a bag-shape filter body. The filter device is attached in a manner such that an internal space of the filter body connects through to a fuel intake port in a fuel tank. The filter body includes two or more filter materials overlaying each other. At least one of the filter materials is configured so that a cross sectional area of its fuel passage is different between a primary side and a secondary side of the filter material so as to be a multifunctional filter material having a function of gradually capturing dust having different particle sizes.
