A flexible printed circuit board on which a first electronic component and a second electronic component are to be mounted adjacent to each other has a first land for soldering a terminal of the first electronic component on a side adjacent to the second electronic component, and a second land for soldering a terminal of the second electronic component on a side adjacent to the first electronic component. The first land and the second land are connected by a wire extending outside of an inter-land region that is an approximately belt-shaped region formed by connecting end portions in a width direction or end portions in a thickness direction of the first land and the second land in a straight line.

A surface light source includes a light source facing an end face of a lightguide plate, a rectangular-shaped frame surrounding an outer peripheral surface of the lightguide plate, and a reflecting sheet disposed in on a lower surface of the frame. The frame includes an inside frame portion made of a white resin, and an outside frame portion made of a black resin, with the interface between the inside and outside frame portions being inclined with respect to the inside surface of the inside frame portion. The inside frame portion and the outside frame portion are integrally molded by a two-color molding method.

Surface light source device having frame with light absorbing and reflecting portions

A planar light source apparatus has a light guide plate, a light source arranged on a side face of the light guide plate, a mounting substrate on which the light source is mounted, and a frame body that holds the light guide plate. The frame body has a plurality of projection portions on an inner side of the frame body. The light source is arranged between the projection portions. The frame body, the mounting substrate, and the light guide plate are fixed via a fixing member. The light source has a pair of electrode terminals. The mounting substrate has a land portion on which the electrode terminals are mounted. Connection portions are provided by which the electrode terminals and the land portion are electrically connected. The projection portions have a thickness defined by a surface on the mounting substrate side and an opposite surface relative thereto.

A surface light source includes a light source facing an end face of a lightguide plate, a rectangular-shaped frame surrounding an outer peripheral surface of the lightguide plate, and a reflecting sheet is disposed on a lower surface of the frame. The frame is formed such that an inside frame portion is made of a white resin and an outside frame portion is made of a black resin. The inside frame portion and the outside frame portion are integrally molded by a two-color molding method.

In a surface light source device frame, an amount of light that leaks from an outer peripheral surface of the frame can be decreased while a decrease in luminance is suppressed in an emission surface. The frame includes a rectangular frame main body made of a black resin and an auxiliary member made of a white resin. In inner peripheral surfaces of both lateral sides of the frame main body, fitting portions are provided in an end portion on a side farther away from the light source in the frame main body in order to fit the leg portions. The auxiliary member is attached to the inner peripheral surface on the side farther away from the light source in the frame main body while the leg portions are fitted in the fitting portions.
