To provide an ultrasound imaging apparatus capable of displaying an ultrasound stitched image in which an analyte can easily grasp the state of the analyte, an ultrasound imaging apparatus is provided with an ultrasound image generation module which receives ultrasound waves transmitted from a plurality of mutually different positions on the surface of an analyte and reflected in the inside of the analyte and generates ultrasound images corresponding to the respective positions, an image stitcher module which synthesizes the ultrasound images at the respective positions and generates a stitched image of the cross section of the analyte, and a rotation angle adjusting module which adjusts the angle of the stitched image and orients a specific portion included in the stitched image in a predetermined direction.

The purpose is to provide an ultrasound imaging device capable of automatically detecting a boundary of a biological tissue in an ultrasound image. An ultrasound imaging device includes an image generation module which receives ultrasound waves transmitted from a surface of an analyte toward an inside of the analyte and reflected therein to generate an ultrasound image inside the analyte, a reference point setting module which sets a reference point of a tissue of interest of the ultrasound image, a first seed point imparting module which imparts one or more seed points to the ultrasound image with reference point, and a region demarcating module which demarcates a region to which the seed point belongs and divides an image region of the analyte included in the ultrasound image into a plurality of regions according to a type of tissue.

The purpose is to calculate wave information accurately. A signal processing deviceis provided, which may include a frequency area spectrum generating module, an integrating module, and a wave information calculating module. The frequency area spectrum generating modulemay carry out a frequency analysis of the echoes from the waves included in a plurality of analysis areas set within the detection area, respectively, and generate frequency area spectrums for the plurality of analysis areas, respectively. The integrating modulemay integrate echo intensities indicated by each sampling point that constitutes each of the frequency area spectrums while unifying directions included in coordinates of the frequency area spectrum, and generate an integrated frequency area spectrum. The wave information calculating modulemay calculate wave information that is information related to the waves included in the analysis areas based on the integrated frequency area spectrum, respectively.
