Nonaqueous secondary battery

An apparatus for exposing photosensitive materials includes a plurality of light sources for generating beams having different wavelengths, a polygon mirror for scanning and exposing the beams toward a color photosensitive material, and one or more f .theta. lenses disposed on an optical path between the photosensitive material and the polygon mirror. The polygon mirror and the f .theta. lenses are arranged, with respect to the beam from a light source having an intermediate wavelength among the light sources, such that reflection points corresponding to both ends of beam scanning on reflection surfaces of the polygon mirror pass through an identical point on an optical axis of the f .theta. lenses, and light beams at the both ends of beam scanning have line symmetry with respect to the optical axis of the f .theta. lenses.

Method and apparatus for exposing photosensitive materials

The present invention provides a non-aqueous secondary battery having an improved charge and discharge cycle property and high discharge voltage, high energy density, high capacity and increased stability as well as an excellent high electric current atitude by using a lithium-containing transition metal oxide as a positive electrode material and at least one of the specfified composite oxides as a negative electrode material. Accordingly, the feature of the present invention consists in that the negative electrode material mainly consists of at least one member selected from the group consisting of amorphous chalcogen compounds and amorphous oxides containing at least three atoms selected from the group consisting of Group 13, 14, 15 and 2 atoms of Periodic Table.

Non-aqueous secondary battery

An apparatus for exposing photosensitive materials includes a plurality of light sources for generating beams having different wavelengths, a polygon mirror for scanning and exposing the beams toward a color photosensitive material, and one or more f.theta. lenses disposed on an optical path between the photosensitive material and the polygon mirror. Disclosed is a silver halide photographic material. The material comprises a support and at least one emulsion layer, wherein the emulsion layer includes a silver chlorobromide emulsion. The silver chlorobromide emulsion has been obtained by chemically sensitizing de-salted silver chlorobromide grains in the presence of a nucleic acid or degradation product thereof at a pAg value ranging from about 6.5 to 7.5. The silver chlorobromide grains have been obtained by subjecting the surface of silver halide grains to halogen conversion, which silver halide grains are essentially silver iodide free and have a plurality of phases of which the halogen compositions substanially differ from each other.

Silver halide photographic materials

A silver halide photosensitive material comprising a support having thereon at least one silver halide emulsion layer containing silver halide grains. These silver halide grains are obtained by subjecting the surface of silver halide grains to halogen conversion. These silver halide grains are essentially silver iodide free silver chlorobromide. They have a plurality of internal layers of different halogen compositions and contain at least one bridged pentamethine cyanine dye compound represented by the general formula (I) or (I'): ##STR1## and one compound represented by general formula (II): ##STR2## The variables in the above formulas are defined in the instant specification.

Disclosed is a gelatino-silver halide photographic material which contains a dye of the following formula (I), described in detail herein and at least one hardener. ##STR1## The dye is decolored by photographic processing and does not exert any adverse influence on the photographic characteristics, especially the spectral sensitizability, of the photographic material. The material exhibits excellent storage stability and has a negligible moisture-dependency in exposure.

A silver halide color photographic material comprising a support having thereon at least one silver halide photographic emulsion layer and at least one layer containing colloidal silver, wherein said colloidal silver-containing layer comprises at least one compound selected from compounds of general formula (I) and (II) below, and at least one photosensitive or non-photosensitive layer selected from a silver halide photosensitive layer positioned farthest from said support and any layers positioned between said farthest photosensitive layer and said support comprises a silver halide emulsion containing internally-fogged or surface-fogged silver halide grains: ##STR1## wherein the substituent groups on general formula (I) and (II) are as defined in the specification.

Silver halide color photographic material

A silver halide color photographic material comprising a support having thereon at least one light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing monodispersed silver halide grains wherein at least 50% of the total projected area of the monodispersed silver halide grains are tabular silver halide grains which have an aspect ratio of not less than 5. The silver halide color photographic material has improved image sharpness, graininess and tone reproducibility.

A process for processing a silver halide color photographic material is described, comprising developing an imagewise exposed light-sensitive material and then bleach-fixing it, wherein the light-sensitive material contains at least one sensitizing dye selected from three particular types of sensitizing dye compounds, and a bleach-fixing solution contains iodide ions in an amount exceeding 1.2.times.10.sup.-3 gram ion per liter of solution.

Process for processing silver halide color photographic material

A color reversal photographic light-sensitive material is disclosed. The material is comprised of a support base having thereon a silver halide emulsion layer, an organic compound and colloid grains of a metal or metal sulfide or silver halide grains the surface of which is previously fogged. The silver halide emulsion layer includes fine grains of silver halide particles having a particle size of 0.3.mu. or less. The fine grain particles are present in the emulsion in an amount in the range of about 30% to about 95% based on the total number of silver halide grains in the emulsion. The silver halide emulsion also includes coarse grains having a particle size of more than 0.3.mu.. The organic compound has a solubility product constant of 10.sup.-14 or less when forming a salt with a silver ion. By utilizing the organic compound in combination with the particular fine grain silver halide particles it is possible to obtain a material which has improved tone reproduction properties in high exposure areas and also provide a material with a wide exposure lattitude.

Color reversal light-sensitive materials

A silver halide photographic light-sensitive material providing wash-off relief images having high image density and excellent sharpness is described, comprising a support having thereon an antihalation layer, a silver halide photographic light-sensitive layer, and a hydrophilic colloid layer, said antihalation layer being located between said support and said silver halide photographic light-sensitive layer, wherein at least one silver halide light-sensitive layer or hydrophilic colloid layer contains a compound represented by the formula (I), a compound represented by the formula (II) and a compound represented by the formula (III) ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 represents hydrogen or a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group; R.sup.2 represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group; and R.sup.3 represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group.
