An end plate includes a plurality of connection portions coupling a center portion and an outer peripheral portion, and a plurality of through holes formed between the connection portions. The center portion includes a recess portion having a discharge hole, and a fixing hole through which a fixing member for fixing a reed valve to the end plate passes. In a fan-shaped region surrounded by a first half line starting from a center of a shaft hole and passing through a center of the discharge hole, a second half line starting from the center of the shaft hole and passing through a center of the fixing hole, and an outer peripheral surface, the through hole is formed to be continuous in a circumferential direction of the fan-shaped region, and both ends of the through hole in the circumferential direction of the fan-shaped region are located outside the fan-shaped region.

Compressor endplate

A compressor main body container includes a main shell having a vertical cylindrical shape, a top shell having a cup shape, and a bottom shell having a cup shape, and an interior portion of the main shell is hermetically sealed by securing an opening side of the top shell to an upper end portion of the main shell at a first welded portion by welding, and securing an opening side of the bottom shell to a lower end portion of the main shell at a second welded portion by welding. The accumulator container includes an accumulator shell having a cup shape, and an interior portion of the accumulator shell is hermetically sealed by securing an opening side of the accumulator shell to an opposite opening side of the bottom shell at a third welded portion by welding at a position lower than a position of the second welded portion in the compressor main body container.

Hermetic type compressor

A hermetic type compressor includes a compressor main body container that is a vertical type having a cylindrical shape, an accumulator container, a compression section that is arranged inside the compressor main body container, that compresses the refrigerant, which has been sucked from the accumulator container, and that discharges the compressed refrigerant. The accumulator container includes an accumulator shell having a cup shape, and in which an opening side of the accumulator shell is bonded to the compressor main body container. A partition member, which partitions an interior portion of the accumulator shell, is provided in the interior portion, and a thermal insulation section, which includes an interior portion space having a hollow structure that blocks a heat transfer from the compressor main body container to the accumulator container, is formed between the partition member and a bottom shell that is included in the compressor main body container.

Hermetic compressor

A hermetic type compressor includes a compressor main body container that is a vertical type having a cylindrical shape, an accumulator container, a compression section that is arranged inside the compressor main body container, that compresses the refrigerant, sucked from the accumulator container, and that discharges the compressed refrigerant. The accumulator container includes an accumulator shell having a cup shape and a weld portion in which an opening side of the accumulator shell is bonded to the compressor main body container. A partition member, which partitions an interior portion of the accumulator shell, is provided in the interior portion, and a thermal insulation section, which blocks a heat transfer from the compressor main body container to the accumulator container, is formed between the partition member and a bottom shell, included in the compressor main body container. A thermal insulation member is provided in the thermal insulation section.

In a compression unit, an upper compression unit suction tube is connected to an upper suction hole of an upper cylinder, and a lower compression unit suction tube is connected to a lower suction hole of a lower cylinder. In an accumulator shell of an accumulator vessel, an accumulator suction tube, an upper gas-liquid separation tube, and a lower gas-liquid separation tube penetrate a side wall of the accumulator shell, and are fixed by welding to a first through hole, a second through hole, and a third through hole of the accumulator shell, respectively. The upper gas-liquid separation tube is connected to the upper compression unit suction tube via an upper connecting tube outside the accumulator shell. The lower gas-liquid separation tube is connected to the lower compression unit suction tube via a lower connecting tube outside the accumulator shell.

A lower end plate cover is provided with a bulging portion. In a circumferential direction of a rotary shaft, a plurality of bolt holes includes a first bolt hole arranged between a distal end portion and a proximal end portion of the lower discharge valve, a second bolt hole arranged in a position adjacent to the first bolt hole on a side close to a lower vane groove with respect to the first bolt hole, and a third bolt hole arranged in a position adjacent to the first bolt hole on a side away from the lower vane groove with respect to the first bolt hole. When the bulging portion is divided into a first bulging portion and a second bulging portion using a first straight line, the first bulging portion is larger than the second bulging portion.

Two-cylinder rotary compressor with mufflers

A compressor includes a motor unit that includes a rotor and a stator, a compressor unit that compresses a refrigerant by rotation of the rotor, and a container that forms an internal space in which the motor unit and the compressor unit are housed, wherein in the rotor, a rotor gas passage through which the refrigerant flows from an under-motor space of the internal space arranged on a side of the motor unit that is close to the compressor unit to an above-motor space of the internal space arranged on a side of the motor unit that is distant from the compressor unit is formed, in the stator, a stator gas passage through which the refrigerant flows from the under-motor space to the above-motor space is formed, and a cross-sectional area of the stator gas passage is 6.0 times or less a cross-sectional area of the rotor gas passage.

Compressor

A rotor that gives rotational power to a compressor part that compresses refrigerant has a rotor core in which through-holes through which the refrigerant passes are formed, the through-holes having a cross section with a plurality of forks in a direction away from a rotation axis, a first end plate that covers a first end surface where one end of both end portions of the through-holes of the rotor core closer to the compressor part is formed, and an upper rotor end plate that covers a lower rotor end surface where the other end of the plurality of holes of the rotor core is formed. The first end plate has a first opening portion that causes the through-holes to communicate with an internal space. The upper rotor end plate has an upper opening portion that causes the through-holes to communicate with the internal space. The upper rotor end plate has projection portions that cover tip end portions, which are divided to respective forks, of the through-holes.

The compressor includes a rotor that applies rotational power to a compressor unit, wherein the rotor includes a rotor core and an upper rotor-end plate, the rotor core has a plurality of through-holes through which a refrigerant passes, the upper rotor-end plate covers the upper rotor-end face of the rotor core, where one end of each of the plurality of through-holes is formed, the upper rotor-end plate has a plurality of upper openings that allow communication of the plurality of through-holes with an internal space in a compressor container, the plurality of upper openings are adjacent to the plurality of through-holes in the upper rotor-end face, and a plurality of upper inner peripheral-side adjacent areas, which are on the inner peripheral-side closer to a rotation axis than the plurality of through-holes, are exposed to the internal space.

A lower end plate includes: bolt holes through which bolts penetrate; a lower discharge valve; a lower discharge-valve accommodating recessed portion into which the lower discharge valve is accommodated; and a lower discharge-chamber recessed portion. A lower end plate cover is provided with a bulging portion. A lower end-plate cover chamber is formed by the lower discharge-valve accommodating recessed portion, the lower discharge-chamber recessed portion, and the bulging portion. Refrigerant passage holes include main refrigerant passage holes provided on the lower discharge-chamber recessed portion, and sub-refrigerant passage holes provided between the bolt hole and the lower discharge-valve accommodating recessed portion away from the lower discharge-valve accommodating recessed portion. The bulging portion is, in a cross section orthogonal to a rotating shaft, formed so as to overlap with at least a part of each of the main refrigerant passage holes and the sub-refrigerant passage holes.

Rotary compressor for enhancing efficiency and suppressing vibration

A compression part of a rotary compressor includes an intermediate partition plate that is arranged between an upper cylinder and a lower cylinder, an upper vane that sections an upper cylinder chamber formed within the upper cylinder into an upper suction chamber and an upper compression chamber, and a lower vane that sections a lower cylinder chamber formed within the lower cylinder into a lower suction chamber and a lower compression chamber. The intermediate partition plate is formed with an injection hole that injects a liquid refrigerant into the upper compression chamber and the lower compression chamber and an injection passage that supplies the liquid refrigerant to the injection hole. The injection passage is formed along a straight line that does not cross a rotary shaft insertion hole into which a rotary shaft is inserted.

Rotary compressor

In a rotary compressor, a lower end plate includes a lower discharge valve that opens and closes a lower discharge hole, a lower discharge-valve accommodating recessed portion in which the lower discharge valve is accommodated, and a lower discharge-chamber recessed portion that is formed so as to overlap with the lower discharge hole side of the lower discharge-valve accommodating recessed portion and communicates with a refrigerant passage hole. A lower end plate cover is formed in a flat-plate shape and is provided with a bulging portion having a portion facing the lower discharge hole. An upper end-plate cover chamber is formed by the lower discharge-valve accommodating recessed portion, the lower discharge-chamber recessed portion, and the bulging portion. The bulging portion has a volume of 1/18 or greater and 1/9 or less of a total of air volumes of an upper compression chamber and a lower compression chamber.

Rotary compressor for compressing refrigerant using cylinder

A compressor includes: an annular cylinder; a rotation shaft which is rotated by the motor; a piston which revolves along an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder, and forms a cylinder chamber on the inside of the cylinder; a vane which protrudes to the inside of the cylinder chamber from a vane groove provided in the cylinder, and divides the cylinder chamber into an inlet chamber and a compression chamber by abutting against the piston; and an injection hole which injects a liquid refrigerant to the inside of the compression chamber.
