A receptacle protection cover that is attachable to and detachable from a casing of an electronic device including a receptacle into which a plug is inserted, and that protects the receptacle provided in a concave part by covering the concave part formed in the casing, includes: a rectangular plate-shaped cover plate; and a plug attachment part that is provided on an inner side face of the cover plate and that fixes the plug such that a terminal part of the plug projects from one end or the other end of the cover plate in a longitudinal direction, wherein as the receptacle protection cover is detached from the casing, the receptacle protection cover serves as a jig for inserting the plug attached to the plug attachment part into the receptacle.

An inverter device includes a heat dissipation casing having a principal surface, heat dissipation fins arranged on an opposite side to the principal surface, a first concave portion provided adjacent to a region corresponding to the heat dissipation fins on the principal surface, and a second concave portion provided adjacent to the region corresponding to the heat dissipation fins on the principal surface, a semiconductor module arranged in the region corresponding to the heat dissipation fins on the principal surface and including a diode module and an inverter module, an inrush-current suppression resistor sealed by a sealing material in the first concave portion and electrically connected between the diode module and the inverter module, and a regenerative resistor sealed by the sealing material in the second concave portion and electrically connected between the diode module and the inverter module.

Inverter device

An inverter apparatus in which a control power source connected to a microcomputer or a peripheral circuit included in at least one of an inverter main body, a built-in option, and a parameter unit is provided in the inverter main body. The apparatus has an external-power-unit connector via which an external power unit can be connected to at least one of the inverter main body, the built-in option, and the parameter unit. The external power unit connected to the external-power-unit connector is configured to function as a power source that controls the microcomputer or the peripheral circuit included in at least one of the inverter main body, the built-in option, and the parameter unit.

Inverter apparatus

An inverter device includes an inverter circuit, an inverter driving unit, and a clamp diode. The inverter circuit includes an upper arm unit and a lower arm unit connected in series. The upper arm unit and the lower arm unit include switching elements that drive a load. The inverter driving unit includes a high-withstand-voltage IC that drives the switching elements of the upper arm unit and the lower arm unit. The high-withstand-voltage IC has a first terminal for supplying a reference voltage to the lower arm unit and a second terminal for supplying a high-voltage to the upper arm unit. The clamp diode clamps a potential difference between the first terminal and the second terminal.

The present invention provides an uniterruptible electric power supply capable of inhibiting an excessively high intensity of inrush electric current at the time of start even when the inrush electric current inhibiting resistoris not used.

Uniterruptible power supply and its starting method

A battery of an uninterruptible power supply unit is configured by at least two batteries (a first battery and a second battery ). A control circuit judges opened/closed states of a first cover and a second cover on the basis of information from a first cover-opening detecting device and a second cover-opening detecting device . When the first cover is opened, a first switch which connects a charge and discharge circuit to the first battery is opened, and, when the second cover is opened, a second switch which connects the charge and discharge circuit to the second battery is opened.
