The present invention is a system and method for quickly and efficiently detecting water leaks and leak flow rates in plumbing systems which can include flexible materials and components. The preferred system is comprised of a static device (known as a 'water widget'), an expansion gauge temporarily connected to the physical system through a controllable manifold, a mathematical model (known as a 'phantom water widget'), and a software program which accepts input related to the physical system and which outputs a result.

System and method for leak detection by flow matching

Devices, computer-readable media, and methods for presenting segments of at least one video program in accordance with a definition document are disclosed. For example, a processor may load a definition document for at least one video program. The definition document may specify segments of the at least one video program for presentation and further specify segment types for the segments. The segment types may identify whether a segment is to include video content, include audio content, or include both video and audio content. The processor may further obtain the at least one video program, present a first segment of the at least one video program in accordance with the definition document, and present a second segment of the plurality of segments of the at least one video program in accordance with the definition document.

The present invention is a system and method for detecting water leaks and calculating leak rates. The system is comprised of a 'water widget', a manifold assembly, and 'expansion gauge', and two flexible hoses. The system is connected to an existing plumbing system and the plumbing system is pressurized to determine the size of a &#x201c;phantom water widget&#x201d;. The &#x201c;phantom water widget&#x201d; is used to mathematically represent the additional water in a pressurized plumbing system due to the expansion of certain materials (e.g., PEX pipes). The &#x201c;phantom water widget&#x201d; and the &#x201c;water widget&#x201d; are then used to determine the leak rate. The invention is further comprised of a mobile phone application which used to calculate the leak rate based on data derived from the system.

A system and method for communicating content data to the in-vehicle system includes the in-vehicle infotainment system detecting a home local area network and joining the home local area network. The home local area network comprises a set top box. The in-vehicle infotainment system communicates a data request to the set top box in response to joining the local area network. The set top box communicates data corresponding to the request to the in-vehicle infotainment system through the local area network. The in-vehicle system stores the data at the in-vehicle infotainment system.

A system and method for communicating content data to an in-vehicle system includes the in-vehicle infotainment system detecting a home local area network and joining the home local area network. The home local area network comprises a set top box. The in-vehicle infotainment system communicates a data request to the set top box in response to joining the local area network. The set top box communicates data corresponding to the request to the in-vehicle infotainment system through the local area network. The in-vehicle system stores the data at the in-vehicle infotainment system.

A chair for supporting and spacing post-tension cables having a generally tapered body with an upper receiving area for securing the cables and a planar base adapted to rest on a flat support surface. The body has inner and outer surfaces that are substantially complementary to one another to allow a plurality of chairs to be stacked together. The receiving area includes posts extending upwardly between notches. The posts define passageways for guiding the cables into the notches. Detents project inwardly from the tops of the posts and fixedly retain the bars within the passageways. The chair may be formed from a resilient polymeric material.

A brace for securing concrete forms to a base has first and second triangularly-shaped sidewalls and a back wall extending between corresponding side edges of the sidewalls.
