A method of treatment and a nasal delivery device for dosages containing dissolved gaseous carbon dioxide in saline fluid for treating head ailments includes: a) a main housing having a hollow central area containing the dosage; b) a dosage dispenser head located at the distal end of the main housing, having at least one flow channel for movement of the dosage from the main housing through the dosage dispenser head and externally of the dosage dispenser head; c) a dosage release control component located between the main housing and the dosage dispenser head to permit flow of the dosage through the dosage dispenser head in response to increased pressure against the dosage at a flow rate of less than 1 cc per second; and d) a pressure-changing moveable component located on the main housing.

Nasal treatment delivery device for mixed carbon dioxide and saline

Methods for treating ailments in a patient in need thereof includes the step of directing a therapeutic, non-inhaled dosage to at least one nasal cavity of the patient through a flow regulating device while the patient refrains from inhaling. The dosage includes (a) a saline fluid (b) a gas containing carbon dioxide and (c) at least one additional active component, wherein the therapeutic, non-inhaled dosage is delivered at a flow rate from 1 cc/sec to 20 cc/sec for a duration of 2 to 30 seconds.

Carbon dioxide, saline and additional active nasal delivery methods and treatments

A to a non-combustible, tactical flash device includes a non-spherical hollow main housing having a plurality of flat surfaces, adapted to hold internal functional components. The present invention is directed to a tactical carrying pack for back-supported transport of a payload, comprising a vertical base plate having a front and a back and having an upright support connection section thereon. There is also a left shoulder bar having a top portion and a bottom portion, the top portion of the left shoulder bar extending forward in an inverted hook shape for hooking over a shoulder. The left shoulder bar is hingedly connected at its bottom portion to the upright support connection section so as to at least rotate through an arc from a first position to a second position and from the second position to the first position. The first position is a substantially vertical position and the second position is a non-vertical position. There is also a right shoulder bar having a top portion and a bottom portion, the top portion of the right shoulder bar extending forward in an inverted hook shape for hooking over a shoulder. The right shoulder bar is hingedly connected similarly to the right shoulder bar. There is a payload-receiving member connected to the vertical base plate extending rearward away from the vertical base plate back for supporting a payload in which a user may hook the shoulder bars over one or both shoulders.

An efficient reversible grilling device is used for grilling, broiling, frying, baking, boiling and steaming. It is a single element made of rigid heat conductive material with one side being flat and the other side having a plurality of nesting recesses for spherical and ovate food products. The maximum height of the reversible cooking device is &#x215d; inch. Each of the plurality of nesting recesses has a depth greater than 50% of the height of the grilling device. A plurality of orifices cut through the element in the areas of the nesting recesses and in the areas away from the nesting recesses. Either surface can be used to prepare foods while providing fat and grease drainage.

Drug delivery devices adapted to receive liquid medication to fill a reservoir, utilize sliding through valves that are closed except when driven by force of liquid medication pushed by a plunger to an open position to feed the medication via needle to a patient or via a connection to an IV port.
