The present disclosure relates to tissue products comprising crosslinked fibers. The tissue products generally have good formation, such as a Formation Index greater than about 20, strength, such as geometric mean tensile strengths greater than about 700 g/3″ and high bulk, such as sheet bulks greater than about 10 cc/g. Unlike many prior art crosslinked fibers, the crosslinked softwood pulps of the present invention, which are preferably prepared using a glyoxal based crosslinking reagent, are readily dispersible in water and have relatively low degrees of kink and curl. As such, the fibers are well suited for forming wet-laid tissue products and more particularly wet-laid tissue products having improved physical properties, such as improved bulk.

Tissue products comprising crosslinked fibers

Disclosed is a die bonding system comprising a conveyor 10, a speaker 12 and a function generator 14. The conveyor 10 carries a leadframe 14 bearing a prescribed quantity of die bonding epoxy 16. At a station situated above the speaker 12, a chip 18 is pressed down with a force F onto the epoxy and leadframe. While this force is being applied, the function generator 14 excites the speaker 12 to generate an acoustic signal sufficient to effect the vibration of the epoxy relative to the leadframe at a frequency of about 250 Hz and an amplitude of approximately 10 to 50 .mu.m, preferably 20 .mu.m. Such a vibration causes the epoxy to flow freely to a thin, uniform thickness, and thus permits the chip to be quickly bonded to the leadframe with a small force.

Method and apparatus for decreasing the time needed to die bond

A fuel injection valve and method for adjusting the static fuel quantity output ejected during the steady opening state of the fuel injection valve. In the method according to the invention, the static fuel quantity is adjusted directly in the otherwise completely installed fuel injection valve, so that a variation on the static fuel quantity of the various fuel injection valves is minimized. To this end, a throttle device, serving to meter the fuel and whose free flow cross section is variable, is provided upstream of the valve seat. The method according to the invention is suitable for fuel injection valves of various kinds.

Fuel injection valve and method for adjusting a fuel injection valve

An injection valve, which overcomes residual magnetic forces and cohesive forces that act between the armature and the core to make the armature stick to the core, impeding the closing motion of the valve needle. The injection valve has a spring adjusting sleeve and a stroke adjusting sleeve for the separate adjustment of the spring force of a restoring spring and of the stroke of the valve needle: these sleeves are disposed in a through bore of a valve end cap. The stroke of the valve needle is limited by a downstream end face of the stroke adjusting sleeve, which when the injection valve is fully open rests on an upstream face end of a fastening segment of the valve needle. A remanent air gap is left between the armature and the core. The novel injection valve is especially suitable for fuel injection systems of mixture-compressing internal combustion engines with externally supplied ignition.
