The present invention is directed to a system and method for providing complete electronic commerce ('E-Commerce') transactions and solutions for a marketing company's products via the World Wide Web, including facilities for signing up new customers and recruiting, training and supporting new Independent Business Owners through an interactive online process. In another aspect, the present invention relates to the combination of a marketing business with a membership buying opportunity using both electronic commerce and face-to-face transactions. The present invention is also directed to a system and method for combining a marketing business with a membership buying opportunity, so that Independent Business Owners participating in the marketing plan can introduce customers to a membership buying opportunity and earn bonuses or commissions based on the purchases by those members, while Members in the buying opportunity can consume products or, at their option, qualify to become Independent Business Owners.

A recurring order management system and method for a computer network is disclosed. The system receives a request to suggest a recurring order for one or more products or services. The system generates a profile which stores the suggested products or services, the suggested recurrence for those products or services and the suggested quantities to deliver upon each recurrence. The order then automatically recurs one or more times according to the specified recurrence.

The disclosure is directed to a multi-directional defensive spray container. It includes a regular plastic material bottle that can be squeezed such as a small shampoo bottle. Within the neck of the bottle there is located a rubber grommet having an evacuation tube attached thereto which extends into the bottle. At the opening of the neck of the bottle there is located a T-washer having an upper flat surface. A screw cap is screwed over the neck of the bottle and the top of the cap has a multiple of holes therein that will seal against the top of the T-washer when the cap is screwed down. An O-ring is placed over the neck of the bottle and will seal any liquid from escaping with the interior wall of the screw cap. Once a defensive liquid is placed within the bottle, a mere 1/4 turn of the screw cap is enough to expel liquid through the multiple of holes when the bottle is squeezed. The bottle can be used in any position to expel the liquid.

The invention relates to a flexible storm resistant system for installation in openings of a dwelling. The system consists of hinged support braces that are installed in the lateral walls of an opening. The braces have horizontally extending threaded bolts placed inwardly from their ends. The braces also have retainer pins at each of their ends to be received in bores of the lateral walls. A panel having a periphery larger than the opening is received onto the bolts of the braces and rigid splints having holes corresponding to the location of the bolts are received over the panel and over the bolts to sandwich the panel between the supporting braces and the splints. There are nuts at the ends of the threaded bolts to apply appropriate pressure to the above noted sandwich.
