A container and systems to safely store cans of ammunition or other military gear that may be mounted on a military vehicle. Ammo containers may include one or more of a variety of compression devices to secure loaded materials (e.g., cans). The compression device may be operated manually or through an electric motor, or other means. A roof rack may include telescoping overlapping plates for variable sizes of rack. A clasp may include automatic spring-guided engagement. A harness system may be used to hold down a container, and a latch mechanism may be used to secure the harness(es).

Vehicle mounted storage systems

An apparatus and system for improving rope, strap, tie downs, hooks, and nets is provided. Includes a new design whereby the apparatus has a thick walled body made of nylon, aluminum, or stainless steel with a spool and center hub and axle throughout the spool body frame and handle. The apparatus uses multiple coils to automatically retract strap or rope within the spool hub. It also contains a tangential rib opposing the face wheel. The apparatus may have gears on the radius of the wheel, spring loaded slidable pawl plates, or pivotally rotatable pawls or plates which allow the proper engagement of the wheel ratchet. It may also have rope, strap, or belt that is non-cuttable and corrosion, petrol, and chemical resistant used in tie downs and nets. The apparatus may have a lockable body frame, and/or hooks that are lockable to prevent theft.

Ratchet configurations

A method, computer system, and computer program product are provided for processing an output of batch processed information. A document storage system receives the output of batch processed information from a number of company portals, websites, and online systems of organization. The document storage system separates the output into individual documents and individual forms. The document storage system indexes the individual documents and forms according to metadata. The metadata includes structural attributes extracted from the individual documents and forms, and company relevant parameters identified from business intelligence for the organization. The document storage system stores the individual documents and forms in association with the metadata. Responsive to storing the individual documents and forms, the document storage system generates an event message. The event message comprises information about the storing of the individual documents and forms. The document storage system publishes the event message to a message pipeline. The document storage system notifies a subscribed client device about the event message, including a notification of availability of the individual documents and individual forms separated from the output.

Method and system for interactive search indexing

A box or roof rack to safely store cans of ammunition of other military gear that is mounted on a military vehicle. The frame of a heavy duty ratchet supports a spool about an axis of rotation. A handle, pivotable about the axis of rotation, includes protrusions engageable with toothed wheels on opposed sides of the spool to urge incremental rotation of the spool upon repetitive pivotal movement of the handle. A pair of spring-loaded pawls engage the toothed wheels to limit the direction of rotation of the toothed wheels. A cam, formed as part of the handle, disengages the pair of pawls from the toothed wheels upon pivotal movement of the handle to a certain extent to permit rotation of the spool in either direction.

Heavy duty ratchet

The frame of a large heavy duty ratchet supports a spool about an axis of rotation. A handle, pivotable about the axis of rotation, includes protrusions engageable with toothed wheels on opposed sides of the spool to urge incremental rotation of the spool upon repetitive pivotal movement of the handle. A pair of spring-loaded pawls engage the toothed wheels to limit the direction of rotation of the toothed wheels. A cam, formed as part of the handle, disengages the pair of pawls from the toothed wheels upon pivotal movement of the handle to a certain extent to permit rotation of the spool in either direction.

Large heavy duty ratchet

A tie down apparatus for pinching a rope within a hollow channel via single-hand manipulation of an ergonomic tie down handle. A plunger lock contains a pinching surface which is drawn into the hollow channel via cam-action rotating handle. The plunger lock contains a threaded surface to allow variable sized rope access, so as to work with a number of different ropes and webbings. An optional lock or set of locks serve to secure tie down in locked position.

Tie down mechanism

A first sidewall includes a pair of threaded bosses nesting within corresponding cavities in a second sidewall. Bolts extend through the cavities into threaded engagement with the bosses to secure the sidewalls with one another. One of the bosses supports a knurled or toothed wheel for engagement with a parachute cord. A pivotable pawl having a knurled or toothed surface is pivotably supported on a shaft anchored in the sidewalls and spring biased toward the wheel into engagement with the parachute cord to prevent translation of the parachute cord in one direction. The other boss supports a hook or cord for anchoring the tie down to an anchor.

Parachute cord tie down

A ratchet for use with a cord includes a pair of opposed tear drop shaped members defining a one piece housing for rotatably supporting a one piece ratchet spool, for supporting a pivotally mounted thumb release and for supporting an angularly displacable hook. Opposed circular cavities are disposed within the members to rotatably support corresponding bosses extending from opposed sides of the spool. A plurality of opposed interleaved non-radial ribs extend from opposed surfaces of the spool to frictionally grip a cord partially extending about the spool. A pair of wheels forming the spool are interlocked with and secured to one another through a key and keyway.

Tensioning assembly

A ratchet includes a spool rotatably disposed within a housing and supporting a cord having opposed cord sections extending from the housing. Tension to one cord section is initially applied by pulling on the other cord section. To increase the tension, a tool is engaged with the spool to apply a further force to increase the tension on the one cord section. In another embodiment, a cord enters the housing and into the center of a hollow shaft supporting a spool and drawn through the hollow shaft to establish an initial degree of tension on the section of the cord entering the housing. A lever cooperating with the spool turns the spool to wrap the cord about the spool and increase the tension on the cord. In a third embodiment, a cord enters a housing and extends about a spool supported within the housing and thereafter exits the housing. A pivotable lever incrementally rotates the spool to increase the tension on the cord entering the housing. To further increase the tension on the spool, a wrench or the like may engage the shaft supporting the spool in any of the ratchets described.
