An electrical contact, comprises, a wire connecting portion 16, 17 of the contact constructed for being overlaid by a corresponding electrical wire and for being welded to the corresponding wire by welding electrodes of a welding apparatus, a top surface 20 of the contact having an elongated recess 22 recessed toward the bottom surface 21 for cradling the corresponding wire, and the bottom surface 21 lacking deformation outwardly by formation of the recess 22 in the top surface 20.

A micro-adjustable case neck turning tool which provides the mechanical capability for case neck trimming blade vernier driven vertical displacement adjustment and set in measured increments of 0.0002-inch and interpolated increments of 0.0001-inch for achieving consistent close tolerance trimming and trueing of the outside diameter of a cartridge case neck, thereby to uniformily undersize the same for close tolerance receiving and positioning thereof upon cartridge lock-up within a firearm chamber and thus increase the inherent cartridge factor accuracy by reducing substantially the potential for a mis-aligned angle of incidence in the bullet-to-bore relationship upon discharge delivery of a bullet from the case mouth into the firearm barrel.

An electrical connector establishing daisy chain connections of wires to electrical contacts, comprises, a first set of electrical contacts (9) on an insulative housing block (16), wire connecting portions (21, 23) of the contacts (9) for connection to first electrical wires (2, 5), and means on the contacts (9) for joining to a second set of electrical contacts (9) connecting with second electrical wires (2, 5) for establishing daisy chain connections of the first wires (2, 5) and the second wires (2, 5) to the first and second sets of electrical contacts (9).

An improved cartridge case flash hole uniformer having a hardened self-cleaning reaming and chamfering blade for use either as a hand tool or with a power drive for providing the consistent case to case uniforming of flash holes to facilitate the communication of a uniform bloom of detonating primer flash from the primer pocket by way of the flash hole into the cartridge case power chamber in turn for consistently generating uniform propellant charge ignition, and thereby enhance the cartridge factor accuracy of reloaded ammunition from round to round for match and precision bench rest shooting applications.

A controlled depth cartridge case chamfering tool and method for use thereof in firearm cartridge loading and reloading operations, which enables the adjustably set repeatedly uniform taper chamfering of the mouth interior of a sized and trimmed cartridge case to provide a consistently uniform radially aligned and squarely disposed truncated conically shaped gradual taper therewithin and thereby allow for a greater ease of insertion and smoothness of seating of a bullet tip during loading or reloading operations without the otherwise inherent hazard of heel and base marring or damage thereto.

Controlled depth cartridge case camfering tool

A controlled depth primer seating tool and method for use thereof in firearm cartridge loading and reloading operations, which enables the accurate measured depth of seating of a primer within the primer pocket of a center fire cartridge case by accommodating both cartridge case plus primer variations so that the measured depth of primer seating provides for a slight pre-load compression of the anvil head of the primer against the explosive compound contained therein whereby firing pin impact energy is thus optimally expended in effecting consistency of primer ignition with a corresponding enhancement of consistent ballistic characteristics from cartridge-to-cartridge and consequent accuracy from round-to-round.

Controlled depth primer seating tool

A handloader tool for use in the fabrication of cartridge shells. The tool accomplishes uniform flash hole sizing. The tool includes a depth gage section which results in a cutting tool being inserted to a constant uniform depth into the cartridge flash hole. The cutting tool has an angled upper portion to provide a uniform chamfer of, for example, 60 degrees at the flash hole exit area. The overall tool assembly further includes a slidable centering cone to provide means wherein the cutting tool is always inserted at a desired straight angle into the flash hole area. The invention further includes a method of flash hole uniforming using the described handloader tool.
