An air motor assembly includes an exhaust block with an exhaust port that conveys exhaust air into an exhaust manifold. The exhaust port includes an expansion chamber that creates a pressure drop in the exhaust gas, thereby decreasing the temperature of the exhaust gas. The expansion chamber is defined between a first wall that is tangential to the air motor cylinder and a second wall that is transverse to an axis of the exhaust port. Poppet valves control actuation of a shuttle. The poppet valves are disposed on the exterior of the air motor assembly and are thermally insulated from the air motor assembly.

A pumping system comprises an internal combustion engine, a generator, a pumping unit and a heat recovery system. The generator is driven by the internal combustion engine. The pumping unit is powered by the generator. The heat recovery system thermally couples the internal combustion engine with the pumping unit.

A dual pump fluid proportioner having an adjustable motor position comprises a mounting plate, first and second positive displacement pumps, first and second tie rods, a pump yoke and a motor. The first and second tie rods fixedly connect the first and second pumps to the mounting plate. The first and second pumps each have a pump shaft. The pump yoke slidably couples to the first and second tie rods and the pump shafts. The motor adjustably couples to the mounting plate and includes a drive shaft. The drive shaft extends from the motor, through the mounting plate to adjustably couple to the yoke.
