Disclosed herein are polypeptides having nuclease activity. Some of the polypeptides having nuclease activity were generated by an improved gene site mutagenesis ('GSSM') method or the tailored multi-site combinatorial assembly ('TMCA') method. Also disclosed are compositions and kits comprising the polypeptides having nuclease activity, and methods for making and using these polypeptides, compositions and kits.

Embodiments disclosed herein provide enzymatic formulations comprising a polypeptide having amylase activity for producing a paper product. Also provided are aqueous surface treatment compositions for paper and board comprising degraded starch. The present disclosure concerns recombinant yeast host cell for saccharification of a biomass. The recombinant yeast host cell has a genetic modification for expressing a heterologous polypeptide having glucoamylase activity (glucoamylase). In some embodiments, the heterologous polypeptide comprises the signal sequence associated with the alpha-mating 1 factor. The present disclosure also concerns a process for saccharification of a biomass using the recombinant yeast host cell as well as a process for fermenting the saccharified biomass into a fermentation product.

An automatic lint filter cleaning and lint collection system for a laundry dryer. The apparatus comprises a lint filter pivot chamber, a lint collection chamber, a lint filter housing pivotably mounted between the pivot chamber and collection chamber, a flange between the pivot chamber and collection chamber wherein the filter housing is biased into abutment with the flange, a lint collection container, an auger rotatably mounted within the collection chamber, and a drive assembly operably connected to the lint filter housing and auger. The drive assembly is operable to pivot the filter housing away from the flange and then to release the filter housing such that the filter housing forcibly returns into abutment with the flange and thereby causes the lint filter to release lint into the collection chamber. The drive assembly is operable to rotate the auger and thereby move lint from the collection chamber into the collection container.

A miniature golf course including a perimeter fence made of hinged segments of blocks that are slightly higher than the diameter of the golf ball. There is a center section having a tunnel member in the rear thereof and another tunnel member in the front opposite the starting area. Within the center section is a removable ramp having simulated traps. On each side of the center section are fences parallel to the outside perimeter fences connected to each corner of the tunnel members. Pegs and openings within the members to receive the pegs enable the center section to be quickly and easily assembled. Three fairways are formed, one on each side of the center section, and one through the center section. A single target hole is located between the rear tunnel member and the rear of the perimeter fence. A blocking member is movable and adapted to be located to close off two fairways by connecting it to a corner of the front tunnel and the perimeter fence opposite the starting area. Triangular blocking members to create hazards in the path of the ball may be set into place at predetermined locations in each fairway. By changing the positions of the blocking member and changing the locations of the triangular blocking members a minimum of 18 different arrangements are available to play an eighteen hole game of golf. Each segment utilizes hinges and/or grooves and tongues, and/or pegs and openings to assemble the perimeter fences and the center section.
