A tray used to support maintenance tools and service materials along an open bay in the side of a vehicle. The tray prevents these items from being damaged, or becoming foreign objects or debris that enter the open bay. The tray includes hanger assemblies that releasably attach the tray to bay door latches. Adjustable length standoffs connect the tray to the side of the vehicle to support and prevent swaying of the tray.

A winglet is configured to be removably coupled to a missile launcher that is secured to a wing of an aircraft. The winglet includes an airfoil, and one or more couplers configured to removably couple to a coupling interface of the missile launcher.

Disclosed herein is an auxiliary-pod mounting system for mounting an auxiliary pod to a landing skid assembly of a helicopter. The landing skid assembly comprises a forward crossbar, a rearward crossbar, and skids coupled to the forward crossbar and the rearward crossbar. The auxiliary-pod mounting system comprises a first rail. The auxiliary-pod mounting system also comprises a second rail, spaced apart from the first rail. The auxiliary-pod mounting system further comprises a mounting plate, interposed between and coupled to the first rail and the second rail. The mounting plate comprises pod engagement features configured to engage the auxiliary pod and to secure the auxiliary pod to the mounting plate. The auxiliary-pod mounting system additionally comprises a plurality of brackets configured to couple the first rail and the second rail to the forward crossbar and the rearward crossbar of the landing skid assembly of the helicopter.

Internal interchangeable modular avionics platform assemblies and methods for removably mounting and interchanging modular avionics platforms within an aircraft. In some embodiments, modular avionics platform assemblies may include a modular avionics platform configured to support various avionics equipment, suitable for removable mounting within a forward fuselage, and interchangeable with a number of alternate platforms. A platform may include a frame structure, and mounting pins and a connector assembly disposed on the frame structure. The mounting pins may project outwardly from the frame structure to align with and detachably secure to corresponding airframe members of an aircraft when the frame structure is in a mounted position. The connector assembly may be disposed on the frame structure and have a plurality of connectors, including connectors for alternating current, direct current, and data. In some embodiments, the platform may also include an environmental cooling system disposed on the frame structure.
