A convertible storage tray and garbage bag holder comprises: a housing including an interior chamber surrounded by one or more side walls, the interior chamber having an opening into the interior chamber and an exit out of the interior chamber; a releasable floor operably connected to the housing and having a closed position blocking the exit out of the interior chamber of the housing and an opened position not blocking the exit out of the interior chamber of the housing; and a bag retention frame operably connected to the housing and having an engaged position relative to the housing and a disengaged position relative to the housing wherein at least a portion of the bag retention frame is disposed further away from the housing than in the engaged position. The bag retention frame can be pivotally connected to the housing.

An inductive charging station is provided for an electronic device. The inductive charging station includes a housing, an inductive charging feature and a device latch that is carried on the housing. The device latch is displaceable between a charging position wherein the electronic device is held in position for efficient charging, and a presenting position wherein the electronic device is tilted forward for easy access and removal from the inductive charging station.

A seat for a vehicle, such as a bicycle, includes a stem for coupling to the bicycle. The seat includes a saddle supported by the stem and an inflatable bladder supported by the saddle. An electrically powered air compressor is supported by the stem and is in fluid communication with the bladder for inflating the bladder.

The disclosed embodiment provides a beverage container holder for a vehicle that utilizes a bin-like member having a floor and generally vertical walls defining a compartment with an opening at its top. A partition member extends across the opening of the bin-like member to divide the compartment into two parts, wherein the partition member is manually adjustable to a plurality of locations within the bin-like member to provide for the retention of beverage containers of various sizes.

A console retainer mounts to a floor of a motor vehicle and receives a floor transmission shifter assembly. The shifter assembly has a forward end and a rearward end. The console retainer includes a frame portion for coupling to the floor and configured to receive at least one console trim piece. A pair of lateral side walls are integrally formed with the frame portion as a molded thermoplastic unit, wherein the lateral side walls are substantially parallel to delimit a mounting space for the shifter assembly therebetween, wherein the lateral side walls each have a forward retention feature for fixedly retaining the forward end of the shifter assembly, and wherein the lateral side walls each have a rearward retention feature for fixedly retaining the rearward end of the shifter assembly.

A center console for an automotive vehicle encloses an internal storage area accessible through an opening covered by a pivoted lid serving as an armrest. The vertical front face of the console immediately forwardly of the armrest is open to create an access opening that is greater than the opening covered merely by the pivoted lid. A removable storage tray seated in the upper portion of the storage area covers the open vertical front face of the console. The opening of the pivoted lid and the removal of the storage tray creates an access opening into the storage area that will accommodate the insertion of a laptop computer or a purse for hidden storage within the internal storage area of the center console. The latch mechanism is operable in conjunction with the removable storage tray to permit closure of the when the storage tray is removed from the console.
