A liquid ejection head having a channel member which includes an ejection hole surface and a pressurization chamber surface opposite thereto. An actuator substrate overlaps the pressurization chamber surface. The channel member includes a plurality of ejection holes opening in the ejection hole surface, a plurality of pressurization chambers individually communicating with the plurality of ejection holes and arranged in plan view of the pressurization chamber surface, and a plurality of dummy pressurization chambers positioned outside of the predetermined region in plan view of the pressurization chamber surface. The actuator substrate includes a plurality of pressurization portions that individually pressurize the pressurization chambers, and a plurality of dummy pressurization portions that individually pressurize the dummy pressurization chambers. The dummy pressurization chambers communicate with each other via a plurality of communication paths. A closed space including the plurality of dummy pressurization chambers and the plurality of communication paths is hermetically closed.

Liquid ejection head and recording device

A liquid discharge head is provided in which heat of a heat sink is less apt to transfer to a head body. The liquid discharge head includes a primary flow channel member and a secondary flow channel member. The secondary flow channel member comprises a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface, a plurality of discharge holes opened in the first surface, and a plurality of pressurizing chambers communicated with the discharge holes. The primary flow channel member is on the second surface and supplies a liquid to the pressurizing chambers, and includes a first opening for supplying a liquid to the primary flow channel member, a second opening for collecting the liquid from the primary flow channel member, and a flow channel configured using resin.

Liquid discharge head and recording device

A liquid ejection head in the present disclosure includes a first channel member including a first surface, a plurality of ejection ports in the first surface, a plurality of pressurizing chambers individually communicated with the plurality of ejection ports, and a second surface on the opposite side to the first surface; with a pressurizing member on the second surface; and with a second channel member including a third surface, a fourth surface on the opposite side to the third surface, a raised part which protrudes from the fourth surface, and a first through hole in the raised part. The second channel member is provided on a region in the second surface of the first channel member, in which the pressurizing member is not arranged. When viewed on a plane, an outer circumference of the raised part is located on inner side from an outer circumference of the fourth surface.

A liquid discharge head according to an embodiment includes: a flow channel member including a first surface and a second surface located opposite to the first surface, a pressing unit located on the first surface, and a supply member connected to the flow channel member. The flow channel member includes a plurality of discharge holes located in the second surface. The supply member includes, in this order from an upstream side, a first supply flow channel, a first connection flow channel connected to the first supply flow channel, and a reservoir connected to the first connection flow channel, the first connection flow channel being connected to the second surface side of the reservoir.

A liquid discharge head is provided which comprises a head body, a casing and a thermal insulator. The head body comprises a surface having one or more holes configured to discharge liquids therethrough. The casing, disposed on the head body, comprises a heat generator configured to generate heat and a heat sink configured to dissipate the heat. The thermal insulator is between the heat sink and the head body.

A liquid ejection head is provided which comprises a channel member and a housing. The channel member comprises a first surface, which includes one or more ejection ports configured to eject liquid from the first channel member, and a second surface different from the first surface. The housing is disposed on the second surface and comprises one or more electric circuits. The second surface of the channel member comprises a first opening located outside of the housing and is configured to receive the liquid supplied to the one or more ejection ports.

A liquid discharge head including first flow channel members, each having discharge holes, pressurizing chambers, first common supply flow channels, and first common recovery flow channels where the first common supply flow channels and first common recovery flow channels are long in a first direction, and the first flow channel members are disposed in a second direction; a second flow channel member having a second common supply flow channel and a second common recovery flow channel; and pressurizing parts to respectively pressurize the liquid in the pressurizing chambers. The second flow channel member is disposed on the first flow channel member. The first flow channel member, second flow channel member, second common supply flow channel, and second common recovery flow channel are long in the second direction. Pressure loss may therefore be minimized in the pressurizing chambers without increasing the size of the liquid discharge head in a planar direction.

Liquid discharge head and recording device using the same

A liquid discharge head and a recording apparatus are each capable of reducing a malfunction possibility that occurs on a piezoelectric actuator substrate due to contact between individual electrodes and a liquid. The liquid discharge head includes a head body including a flow channel member, a piezoelectric actuator substrate having a plurality of individual electrodes, a flexible wiring substrate, and an adhesive member adhering the flexible wiring substrate and head body, and surrounds the individual electrodes. When a surface of the head body surrounded by the adhesive member is a first region, and a surface of the head body other than the first region is a second region, the head body has a first through hole connecting the first region and the second region to permit communication between a space surrounded by the flexible wiring substrate, adhesive member, first region, and an outside other than the space.
