A vehicle control system includes: a power unit including an electric rotary machine; an electric coolant pump configured to circulate a coolant that cools the electric rotary machine; and a control unit configured to operate the electric coolant pump based on a condition that a temperature of the electric rotary machine is equal to or higher than a predetermined operation threshold temperature, and a condition that an output of the electric rotary machine is equal to or higher than a predetermined operation threshold output.

Vehicle control system

A rotating electrical machine cooling system includes a cooling structure for a rotating electrical machine that is mounted on a hybrid vehicle, and a controller. The cooling structure includes a coolant discharge channel and a coolant supply channel through which a coolant is circulated between an oil pump unit and the interior of a case body that includes the rotating electrical machine therein. The cooling structure further includes a bypass flow channel that connects the oil pump unit and the interior of the case body with each other, and a relief valve that is provided in the bypass flow channel. The oil pump unit includes a mechanical oil pump and an electric oil pump.

Vehicle control system and vehicle control method

A vehicular rear wheel steering device includes a housing, a rod being non-turnable with respect to the housing and movably supported in an axial direction of the rod, and a conversion mechanism arranged between the rod and the housing to convert a rotation of a rotational drive device to a drive force in the axial direction. The housing includes a tubular first bush disposed at a first end and a tubular second bush at a second end. Each bush is slidably engaged to an outer periphery of the rod and supports the rod to be movable in the axial direction. A rod supporting rigidity of the first bush is lower compared to that of the second bush. The first bush is arranged with an elastic body that deforms in a radial direction of the rod. The second bush is arranged with an inner periphery protrusion at which the rod tilts.

Vehicular rear wheel steering device

A vehicle control system includes: a power unit including an engine and a rotating electrical machine; a power supply apparatus connected to the rotating electrical machine; an oil pump unit including a mechanical oil pump and an electric oil pump for cooling the rotating electrical machine; and a control apparatus. The control apparatus is constituted by an EOP idling determination unit that determines an idling state of the electric oil pump, and an engine starting processing unit that performs processing to drive the mechanical oil pump by starting the engine in accordance with the determination of the EOP idling determination unit.
