A battery pack includes: a battery; a battery case including: a battery tray which contains the battery; and a battery cover which is mounted on the battery tray; a cooling unit provided in an end part of the battery case in a first direction that is a longitudinal direction of the battery case, and supplying a cooling air into the battery case; an air flow passage provided above the battery and extending along the first direction, in a center part in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction inside the battery case, one end of the air flow passage connected to the cooling unit; and an electric cable arranged between the air flow passage and the battery cover, along the first direction, and supplying an electric power of the battery to a motor.

Battery pack of vehicle

A battery pack includes battery modules. The battery modules are arranged adjacent to each other in a vehicle anteroposterior direction in such a manner that a longitudinal direction of each battery module corresponds to a vehicle width direction. Bus bars for electrically connecting in series positive and negative electrode terminals of the adjacent battery modules include outer bus bars in an outer part in the vehicle width direction, and inner bus bars in a center part in the vehicle width direction. The outer bus bars are provided so as not to protrude from upper faces of the battery modules thereby to interconnect the electrode terminals of the adjacent battery modules, and the inner bus bars are provided so as to pass above the upper faces of the battery modules thereby to interconnect the electrode terminals of the adjacent battery modules.

Battery pack

A battery pack tray includes: a tray body including: a bottom which has a concave-convex portion that includes convex and concave portions which extend in a first direction; and a wall which is upward bent from a periphery of the bottom; reinforcement frames provided along opposed wall portions of the wall in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; a cross member disposed on an upper surface of the concave-convex portion, and forming a first closed cross-section with the concave-convex portion, both end portions of the cross member being secured to the reinforcement frames; an inner cross member secured to an upper surface of the cross member, both end portions of the inner cross member being secured to the reinforcement frames; and attachment brackets secured to the reinforcement frames.
