A source driver of the disclosure supplies a display device having a plurality of display cells with gradation voltages corresponding to respective luminance levels for the display cells indicated by a video signal. The source driver includes a gamma voltage generating circuit and a gradation voltage determination circuit. The gamma voltage generating circuit includes a resistor voltage dividing circuit with a plurality of output terminals. The plurality of output terminals output respective reference voltages divided according to gamma curve characteristics for generating the gradation voltages. The gradation voltage determination circuit measures an electric potential difference between one pair among the plurality of output terminals and determines whether or not the electric potential difference corresponds to a reference voltage group based on the gamma curve characteristics.

A semiconductor device, a battery monitoring system, and a detection method are provided. An end of the capacitor (C) is switchable to be connected to one of a positive electrode and a negative electrode of a battery cell. An end of a capacitor (C) is switchable to be connected to the other electrode. A comparator includes a non-inverted input terminal connectable to the battery cell via the capacitor (C), and an inverted input terminal connectable to the battery cell via the capacitor (C). A capacitor (C) is located between a node (inp) and a switch (S) that switches a connection state between a ground voltage source and any one of reference voltage sources. A capacitor (C) is located between a node (inn) and a switch (S) that switches a connection state between the ground voltage source and any one of the reference voltage sources.

Semiconductor device, battery monitoring system, and detection method

A semiconductor device includes a first electrical current source connected to an assembled battery through a power source terminal; and a second electrical current source connected to an input terminal to which an external electrical current is input. The first electrical current source is configured to generate a first electrical current according to a reference voltage based on a power source electrical current input into the power source terminal, and to output the first electrical current to an output terminal. The second electrical current source is configured to generate a second electrical current according to the reference voltage based on the external electrical current, and to output the second electrical current to the output terminal.
