A radical-curable seal member for fuel cellhaving a glass transition temperature of −40° C. or lower made from a crosslinked product of a radical-curable composition containing (A) (Meth)acrylic polymer having a (meth)acryloyl group at a molecular chain end, (B) Monofunctional (meth)acrylic monomer, (C) Polyfunctional (meth)acrylic monomer and (D) Radical polymerization initiator, wherein the radical-curable composition contains 20 to 90 weight parts of component (B), 1 to 10 weight parts of component (C), 0.01 to 10 weight parts of component (D) with respect to 100 weight parts of component (A), a weight ratio [(B)/(C)] of the component (B) with respect to the component (C) being 4 to 24, and a content [(C)/{(A)+(B)+(C)}] of the component (C) with respect to a total of 100 wt % of the component (A), the component (B), and the component (C) being 1 to 7 wt %.

Radical-curable seal member for fuel cell

Provided is a sealing member for a fuel cell, including a constituent member of a fuel cell and the sealing member bonded to each other through intermediation of an adhesive layer, or including the sealing members bonded to each other through intermediation of the adhesive layer, the sealing member including a cross-linked product of a rubber composition, in which the rubber composition contains the following components (A) to (C): (A) at least one rubber component selected from the group consisting of an ethylene-propylene rubber, an ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, and an ethylene-butene-diene rubber; (B) a cross-linking agent including an organic peroxide; and (C) at least one of a fatty acid potassium or a fatty acid sodium.

Sealing member for a fuel cell

Provided is an anti-vibration rubber composition, including: the following component (A); and the following components (B) and (C), in which a blending amount of the component (B) falls within a range of from 15 parts by weight to 60 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the component (A), and a blending amount of the component (C) falls within a range of from 50 parts by weight to 150 parts by weight with respect thereto. Thus, the anti-vibration rubber composition is excellent in anti-vibration rubber properties, such as rubber physical properties and durability, and is excellent in flame retardancy. (A) A diene-based rubber. (B) A halogen-based flame retardant having a melting point of 150&#xb0; C. or less. (C) Aluminum hydroxide having an average particle diameter of 0.75 &#x3bc;m or less.

Anti-vibration rubber composition

A sealing member to be used for sealing a constituent member of a fuel cell is provided, the sealing member including a cross-linked product of a rubber composition, in which the rubber composition contains the following components (A) and (B). With this, rubber elasticity is maintained without being lost even under extremely low temperature conditions, and in the case where the sealing member is used in a fuel cell sealed body, an excellent sealing property is exhibited. (A) a rubber component including at least one of an ethylene-propylene rubber or ethylene-propylene-diene rubber having a ratio of ethylene-ethylene diad distribution of at most 29 mol %. (B) a cross-linking agent including an organic peroxide.
