An optical cable holding device includes a central shaft section fixed to a substrate in such a way as to stand on the substrate, a plurality of flexible holding feet that are disposed in such a way as to spread radially from the central shaft section, each flexible holding foot extending from a base end on a side where the central shaft section is located, toward a side where the substrate is located and being bent in such a way as to get away from the central shaft section as the flexible holding foot gets closer to a tip which is a free end, and a plurality of cable holders that are disposed independently of the substrate at the tips of the flexible holding feet and hold an optical cable.

Optical cable holding device and electronic device

A cable holder includes: a pair of arm portions to form a holding space for holding a cable; and a guide portion, provided at an end portion of each of the pair of guide portions to block the holding space, to guide the cable into the holding space while elastically deforming the pair of arm portions in directions in which the pair of arm portions move away from each other when contacting with the cable.

A wire accommodating apparatus includes a cylindrical portion around which a wire connected to a signal transmission part is wound; a number of wire holding portions which incline externally from the bottom of the cylindrical portion and are disposed pivotably; and a fixed portion formed in the cylindrical portion so as to project downward, passing through an attachment hole of a to-be-mounted member, and fixed therein.

Wire accommodation apparatus

An SFP module mounting structure whereby the region of a printed wiring board for mounting SFP modules is enlarged and thus the SFP modules can be mounted with high density. A swing mechanism constituted by the coupling between a holder and a base allows the holder to be swung in directions toward and away from the printed wiring board. Thus, when mounting an SFP module, the SFP module can be inserted into the holder with the holder kept in an obliquely raised state relative to the printed wiring board. Also, when detaching the SFP module, the SFP module can be pulled out of the holder with the holder obliquely raised from the printed wiring board.

SFP module mounting structure

A power supply terminal that prevents damage to capacitors included in a noise filter circuit therein which may occur due to a BWB's warp or thermal stresses at soldering time. The noise filter circuit is formed on a noise filter circuit substrate, being a substrate separate from the BWB. The noise filter circuit substrate is connected conductively to part of each of press fit terminals.

Power supply terminal and back board

An electronic apparatus includes an optical connector adapting unit to which optical connectors of external optical fibers are connected. The optical connector adapting unit includes a plurality of optical connector adapters which are diagonally arranged on the front side of the apparatus. The optical connectors of the external optical fibers are diagonally detachable from the optical connector adapters. In this electronic apparatus, a large number of optical connectors of optical fibers can be connected and arranged in a restricted space.

A power supply terminal assembly for use on a board and having a construction which is capable of improving working efficiency in mounting the power supply terminal assembly onto the board and enhancing mechanical strength of each power supply terminal. The power supply terminal assembly for supplying electric power to a back wiring board (BWB) comprises a terminal block formed with a pair of through slits and a screw hole at a center between the pair of through slits, and a terminal bracket bent into a U-shape and having a flat central plate portion formed therethrough with a hole corresponding to the screw hole and opposite side plate portions each formed with a plurality of press-fit terminals at an end thereof, the opposite side plate portions being inserted through the pair of through slits, respectively, and fixed thereat.

Power supply terminal assembly

An optical telecommunication apparatus includes a shelf, a primary substrate provided in the shelf, a secondary substrate provided on the primary substrate, an optical component provided on the secondary substrate, and an optical connector provided on the secondary substrate for connection with an external optical cable, wherein the secondary substrate is pivoted on the primary substrate about a pivot axis so as to be movable about the pivot axis between a first position in which the secondary substrate is inside said shelf and a second position in which the secondary substrate projects outside of the shelf. The secondary substrate is in electrical connection with the primary substrate while in any position between the first and second positions.

Optical telecommunication apparatus

An ISDN switching system having facilities for testing an ISDN signal composed of B-channels and D-channels at least. The testing facilities can achieve a B-channel test and D-channel test selectively with simple construction by employing a converting unit in the system. The converting unit enables creation of a connection path between a test equipment and an object to be tested through an ISDN exchange and thus the ISDN signals for the test can be treated as usual ISDN signals. Thereby, the test equipment and the object can freely be connected to each other.

ISDN switching system having testing facilities

A digital subscriber line formed by terminal equipment, a network control device including a plurality of the terminal equipment, and an exchange terminal. In a waiting state of the digital subscriber line, the network control device is placed in a state which can only receive a signal. A sending portion of the network control device is driven when, at a call from the terminal equipment, the terminal control device receives a line activation signal from the exchange equipment and when, at an incoming state from the state from the exchange terminal, the terminal control device receives a line activation from the exchange equipment. The synchronization pattern signal is sent from the sending portion to the exchange terminal so that the synchronization of the exchange terminal is established.

System for controlling network activation sequence

A digital network system having an arrangement for testing a digital subscriber line includes a switching device, an exchange terminal device as a subscriber circuit connected with the switching device, a subscriber line connected with the exchange terminal device, a network terminal device at a subscriber's side connected between the subscriber line and terminal equipment devices. The network terminal device includes a turn-around portion for forming a turn-around loop through which the turning-around of a signal to the subscriber line connected with the network termination device is carried out, and a discrimination portion for detecting that data transmission can be carried out and cancelling the formation of the turn-around loop. The turn-around loop is formed when a frame synchronization bit signal from the exchange terminal device is received by the network terminal device and cancelled when the discrimination portion detects that data transmission can be carried out. Communication for either a monitoring of transmission or a bit error testing can be carried out between the network terminal device and the switching device while the turn-around loop is formed, and data transmission between the exchange terminal device and the terminal equipment devices can be carried out after the turn-around loop is cancelled.

Digital network system having arrangement for testing digital subscriber

A digital subscriber line formed by terminal equipment, a network control device including a plurality of the terminal equipment, and an exchange terminal. In a waiting state of the digital subscriber line, the network control derive is placed in a state which can only receive a signal. A sending portion of the network control device is driven when, at a call from the terminal equipment, the terminal control device receives a line activation signal from the exchange equipment and when, at an incoming state from the state from the exchange terminal, the terminal control device receives a line activation from the exchange equipment. The synchronization pattern signal is sent from the sending portion to the exchange terminal so that the synchronization of the exchange terminal is established.
