There are provided a head chip and so on capable of improving the print image quality. The head chip according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is provided with an actuator plate having a plurality of ejection grooves and a nozzle plate having a plurality of nozzle holes individually communicated with the plurality of ejection grooves. The plurality of ejection grooves is arranged side by side so as to at least partially overlap each other along a predetermined direction. Further, the nozzle holes adjacent to each other along the predetermined direction out of the plurality of nozzle holes are arranged so as to be shifted from each other along an extending direction of the ejection grooves in the nozzle plate.

Head chip, liquid jet head, and liquid jet recording device

A stress caused in an actuator member with respect to input or output of heat is reduced. There is provided a liquid jet head including an actuator member having a pressure chamber, a low rigidity support part which is disposed at one side with respect to the actuator member, and is coupled to the actuator member, and a high rigidity support part which is disposed at the other side opposite to the one side with respect to the actuator member, and is coupled to the actuator member. The high rigidity support part has a high rigidity part which includes a head constituent member of the liquid jet head higher in linear expansion coefficient and Young's modulus than the actuator member, and which reduces a thermal deformation of the high rigidity support part in a direction of extension or contraction of the actuator member with respect to input or output of heat to or from the liquid jet head to be smaller than a thermal deformation exhibited in the direction of the extension or the contraction by the head constituent member with respect to the input or the output of the heat. The low rigidity support part is lower in rigidity in the direction of the extension or the contraction than the actuator member.

Liquid jet head having high and low rigidity support parts

There are provided a head chip and so on capable of improving the print image quality while suppressing the manufacturing cost. The head chip according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes an actuator plate having a plurality of ejection grooves, a nozzle plate having a plurality of nozzle holes, and a cover plate having a first through hole, a second through hole, and a wall part. The plurality of nozzle holes includes a plurality of first nozzle holes arranged so as to be shifted toward the first through hole, and a plurality of second nozzle holes arranged so as to be shifted toward the second through hole. In a first ejection groove communicated with the first nozzle hole, a first cross-sectional area of a part communicated with the first through hole is smaller than a second cross-sectional area of a part communicated with the second through hole. In a second ejection groove communicated with the second nozzle hole, the second cross-sectional area is smaller than the first cross-sectional area. A first expansion flow channel part is formed in the vicinity of the first nozzle hole, and a second expansion flow channel part is formed in the vicinity of the second nozzle hole. A central position of the first expansion flow channel part coincides with a first central position of the first nozzle hole, or is shifted toward the first through hole. A central position of the second expansion flow channel part coincides with a second central position of the second nozzle hole, or is shifted toward the second through hole.

There are provided a liquid jet head and a liquid jet device capable of achieving reduction in size. There are included a first head chip and a second head chip stacked on one another in the Y direction, a first flow channel member disposed on the &#x2212;Y direction side of the first head chip, and having an inflow port communicated with an ink tank, and a first ink flow channel adapted to communicate the inflow port and the first head chip with each other, a second flow channel member disposed on the +Y direction of the second head chip, and having a second ink flow channel communicated with the second head chip, and a communication flow channel located between the first flow channel member and the second flow channel member, and adapted to communicate the first ink flow channel and the second ink flow channel with each other.

Liquid jet head and liquid jet device

Provided is a recording apparatus with an enhanced handling property, including a grip preventing a risk in that the recording apparatus may slip out of fingers. Accordingly, the grip is arranged on a back surface of the recording apparatus. A plurality of slits are formed in a metal plate on a back surface side of a main body. The grip is inserted into the slits, and both end portions of the grip are fixed. A center portion of a belt protrudes outward to function as the grip to be grasped by a user. The slits are each formed along a vertical direction, and a widthwise direction of the belt is defined as the vertical direction. Further, the slits regulate the belt, and hence the belt is not twisted even when the user grasps the belt, which provides structure facilitating transmission of a force. The user raises the laid recording apparatus while grasping the grip, thereby being capable of easily setting the recording apparatus in an upright position.

Recording apparatus and assembly method

An inkjet printer records an image on a recording medium by ejecting ink onto the recording medium from a recording head mounted on a carriage. A housing suction fan is arranged on a rear surface of the housing for sucking a gas from an outside into an inside of the housing. A carriage suction fan is arranged on the rear surface of the housing opposite to the housing suction fan for sucking into the carriage the gas sucked by the housing suction fan. A rear surface exhaust fan and a side surface exhaust fan are arranged on the rear surface and a side surface, respectively, of the housing for exhausting the gas inside the housing to the outside. The gas sucked by the housing suction fan is sucked into the carriage by the carriage suction fan and flows into the housing without being sucked by the carriage suction fan.

A bearing device has two or more bearings each having an inner ring and an outer ring disposed on the same axis. A ring-shaped holder is disposed between the inner ring and the outer ring and has circumferentially spaced-apart rolling element pockets with a concave grease pocket between each two adjacent rolling element pockets. Rolling elements are disposed in a rollable manner in respective ones of the rolling element pockets and a grease is stored in the grease pockets, the grease serving as a lubricant of the rolling element. The grease consists of at least a base oil comprised of aromatic carbon and a thickener, the content of the aromatic hydrocarbon being 70 weight % or more of the grease.

A method of manufacturing a rolling bearing device which can improve operational efficiency and can enhance productivity thereof is provided. The method includes the steps of: applying an adhesive agent to fitting portions formed between inner rings of two rolling bearings which are arranged coaxially in a spaced-apart manner in an axial direction and a shaft which is fitted in the inner rings and fitting portions formed between outer rings of two rolling bearings and a sleeve which is fitted on the outer rings; bringing the inner rings and the shaft into fitting engagement and the outer rings and the sleeve into fitting engagement respectively; and welding, in a state where the inner rings to which the adhesive agent is applied in the adhesive agent applying step are brought close to each other due to pushing of the inner rings in the axial direction, the pushed inner rings to the shaft by laser welding using laser power which does not generate thermal deformation of the pushed inner rings.
