In a method which is performed using a communication network and uses a derivative to reduce a money debt such as a housing loan debt, a loan debt, a nation/public/corporate bond debt, a lease debt, or a payment obligation including insurance benefits, a derivative corresponding to a period of the debt and a condition is set up by a bond, a stock, a currency, an exchange, an interest rate, a spot such as a commodity and/or an index, and a price singly or by combining them, and in case of necessity, the derivative is divided into small lots to conform to an amount of the debt and the condition, this is purchased by a debtor of the debt at a relatively small premium, and when the derivative produces a profit, this is sold to realize the profit, alternately, reference is made to a present value of the debt and when a profit is produced in the money debt, a swap is made to realize the profit, and the debt is reduced by the profit.

Debt reduction method and device thereof

Lenses are provided in an assortment of frequently used prescriptions and are preground to a desired final contour. The lenses are optionally provided with a lug, temple and modern and with a split bridge member attached thereto to provided a half eyeglass assembly. Alternately, the parts may be provided unassembled. Proper lenses are selected on the basis of a prescription by a consumer and are assembled by the consumer to form a completed pair of eyeglasses. A transparent article made of a resin and having on its surface the fine unevenness formed by direct transfer of ultrafine particles. An unevenness transfer substrate having the ultrafine particles deposited thereon as a monolayer by using a binder, with a water/oil repellent film formed on the ultrafine particle layer, is placed in a mold, then a sufficiently deaerated fluid plastic resin is cast into the mold and heated to cause curing, then the mold is removed, and the unevenness transfer substrate and the cured resin are separated from each other. Consequently, the fine unevenness formed by the ultrafine particles is transferred to the resin surface.
