This stent delivery system includes: a guide catheter inserted into the inside of a cylindrical stent, and inserted into the interior of the living body with the stent; a pusher catheter inserted into the interior of the living body with the guide catheter in a state where the guide catheter is inserted into the inside of the push catheter, and which is for pushing the stent along the guide catheter; a stent connecting member for connecting the stent with the pusher catheter; and a stent releasing member for releasing the stent from the pusher catheter by separating the connection between the stent and the pusher catheter depending on the stent connecting member, which is independently operable separately from the guide catheter, and which is inserted into the inside of the pusher catheter.

A suction puncture device includes a puncture needle having an outer tube that has an opening edge of a first front end formed in the shape of a blade, and a stopper member that has a second front end disposed within the outer tube at a position separated from the first front end of the outer tube by a predetermined distance. A sample containing portion is formed between the second front end of the stopper member and the first front end of the outer tube. A ventilation passage is formed around the stopper member within the outer tube, a suction unit is connected to a first base end side of the outer tube, and the suction unit is communicated with and connected to the sample containing portion via the ventilation passage.

This endo-therapy accessory has an insertion portion of the endo-therapy accessory to be inserted into the endoscope. The insertion portion of the endo-therapy accessory has a forceps elevator fixing section set in a range of passing the elevator, and fixed when the elevator is lifted, and a main index for use in determining whether a part of the elevator fixing section, which is more proximal than a far end of the fixing portion, is located on the elevator.
