If closing operation to the passenger's seat sub switch continues for not less than a prescribed time period Tb, a passenger's seat relay contact on a close side is turned ON. If the closing operation to the passenger's seat sub switch thereafter ends before a prescribed time period Tc elapses, the passenger's seat relay contact on the close side is kept ON. If opening operation to the passenger's seat sub switch continues for not less than the prescribed time period Tb, a passenger's seat relay contact on an open side is turned ON. If the opening operation to the passenger's seat sub switch thereafter ends before the prescribed time period Tc elapses, the passenger's seat relay contact on the open side is kept ON. The invention is applicable to an automatic window system and the like.

Window opening-closing control system and window opening-closing control apparatus

The invention improves detection accuracy of interposition at a vehicle window. An interposition detector determines that a window at a passenger's seat has interposition if motor current for opening and closing the window at the passenger's seat does not decrease to be less than a predetermined threshold but increases to be not less than a second threshold, or if the motor current does not decreases to be less than the predetermined threshold but increases at a predetermined or more increase rate. The interposition detector determines that the window at the passenger's seat does not have interposition if the motor current is less than the predetermine threshold. The invention is applicable to an automatic window system and the like.

A plasma display panel has a front substrate, a rear substrate, and a phosphor layer. The front substrate has a dielectric layer formed so as to cover a plurality of display electrodes disposed on a substrate, and a protective layer formed on the dielectric layer. The rear substrate is faced to the front substrate so as to form discharge space, has data electrodes in the direction intersecting with the display electrodes, and has barrier ribs for partitioning the discharge space. The phosphor layer is formed by applying phosphor ink that is made of a phosphor material and dispersant between the barrier ribs of the rear substrate. Nano-particles with a diameter of a range of 1 nm to 100 nm inclusive, or a solvent having an affinity for the dispersant of the phosphor ink is applied to the surfaces of the barrier ribs, and then the phosphor ink is applied to them, thereby forming the phosphor layer.

In a method of resin-encapsulating a semiconductor chip using a polytetrafluoroethylene film as the mold-releasing film, a polytetrafluoroethylene film F wherein the thermal shrinkage percentages thereof in both the longitudinal direction and the width direction are 5% or lower, the difference of the thermal shrinkage percentages is within 3%, and the ratio of the elastic modulus of the longitudinal direction to the elastic modulus of the width direction is from 0.5 to 2.0 during resin encapsulating is used. By using the mold-releasing film, resin encapsulating can be carried out with an excellent yield while preventing the occurrence of resin covering of the terminals or the top surfaces of the post electrodes.

A closed secondary battery having a sealing structure for preventing electrolyte leak for a long period is presented. An annular packing is chemically bonded in a ring form to the surface of a disk-shaped flange formed inside of a battery of a terminal pole projecting from inside to outside of the battery, by penetrating through a cover member of closed secondary battery. Fitting an annular spring while pulling the terminal to outside of the battery, the terminal pole is fixed in the cover member. At this time, the annular packing is compressed against the cover member, and the passage of electrolyte leak is shut by this compression.

In constructing assembled batteries by electrically connecting through a connecting bar the terminals of neighboring single cells by means of metallic parts of the terminals, by directly covering both sides of the connecting bar with the exception of the electrical connection with an insulating protecting layer of either natural rubber, synthetic rubber, or synthetic resin, and by directly or indirectly insulating and protecting the surface of the metallic parts for electrical connection, it was made possible to prevent corrosion of the connecting bar and the metallic parts for electrical connection, and to prevent capacity fluctuation due to heretofore observed leakage current of single cells composing electric vehicle batteries to be used under severe conditions for a long period and at a high operating voltage, thereby improving the reliability and dramatically reducing the maintenance load.
