A superposition interior component includes a base, an outer layer member, which covers the base, and a middle member, which is made of a soft plastic and disposed between the base and the outer layer member. The superposition interior component is formed by stacking the base, the middle member, and the outer layer member together. The middle member includes a plate-shaped body, first protrusions, and second protrusions. The first protrusions protrude from a first surface of the body, which faces the base. The second protrusions protrude from a second surface of the body, which faces the outer layer member.

Superposition interior component

A laminated composite interior part includes a first member made of synthetic resin and having a mating surface; and a second member made of elastically deformable synthetic resin and having a plate portion substantially parallel to the mating surface. The plate portion has integrally-formed and interspersed protrusions protruding toward the mating surface. The second member is placed on the first member with distal end portions of the protrusions being in contact with the mating surface. Cushioning properties are provided by elastic deformation of the protrusions, caused as the protrusions' distal end portions are relatively pressed against the mating surface. Flexural rigidity of each of the protrusions against a compressive load is anisotropic about its axis, so that the protrusion is flexurally deformed in one direction about its axis with the distal end portion thereof sliding on the mating surface. Surface roughness of the mating surface is less than 0.20.

Stacked composite interior part

A vehicle interior part includes a structure in which a soft upholstery material covers a front surface of a base material which is located on an interior side of a vehicle. The soft upholstery material is disposed in a stretched state on the front surface of the base material which is located on the interior side of the vehicle.

Vehicular interior component, vehicular interior panel, and vehicular composite interior component

Provided is a multilayer composite interior component in which boundary protrusions () aligned in a row on both sides of a parting line (L) are arranged in a staggered manner so as to bend toward the boundary protrusions () in the row opposite thereto. In this way, even when the boundary protrusions () are separated from the parting line (L) by a predetermined distance (g, g) in order to maintain the strength of a divided mold, the boundary protrusions () bend and deform so as to fill in an empty part in the vicinity of the parting line (L) when a surface layer member () is pressed by fingers or a hand. As a result, a feeling of unevenness resulting from decreases in reaction force in the vicinity of the parting line (L) is minimized, thus making it possible to obtain a more uniform texture.

Multilayer composite interior component

A vehicle interior panel in which a surface layer member including an upholstery portion and a cushioning portion covers a front surface of a base material such that the upholstery portion faces an interior side of a vehicle, in the vehicle interior panel, a terminal portion of the base material includes in an inward flange portion projecting toward the interior side of the vehicle, and the upholstery portion includes a fold-back terminal portion that is formed by folding back a terminal portion of the upholstery portion toward an exterior side of the vehicle so as to tuck in the terminal portion of the upholstery portion around the terminal portion of the base material which includes the inward flange portion, and the vehicle interior panel is configured to have a clearance between a terminal of the inward flange portion and the upholstery portion.

Vehicular interior panel

A structure for fastening to a trim board a clip that has projection for fastening to a clip fitting seat of the trim board and a second projection for fastening to a vehicle body-side member. The first projection has an engagement portion and the clip fitting seat has multiple latch lugs used to position the clip. A distance between the latch lugs is enlargeable as the engagement portion is engaged therewith. The first projection has at least two types of engagement portions that differ in diameter at locations that are separated in a fastening direction. Thus, the clip is fastened to the clip fitting seat in at least two stages, including one state in which the clip is fastened to the clip fitting seat at low fastening load, and a fastened state that is achieved by fastening the clip to the clip fitting seat at high fastening load.

Structure for fastening clip to trim board, clip, and clip fastening method

A cushion material fastening structure includes: an interior trim part, made of synthetic resin, that is provided with an opening and an elastic deformation portion at least part of which projects inward in the opening; and a cushion material, having a sheet shape, that is caught by the elastic deformation portion by being plunged into the opening while elastically deforming the elastic deformation portion, whereby the cushion material is fastened to the interior trim part.
