A light control film to be bonded to a panel member for a vehicle includes film substrates, conductive layers, and a liquid crystal layer. The conductive layers are on surfaces of the film substrates opposed to each other, respectively. The liquid crystal layer is sandwiched between conductive layers. The light control film is switchable between a first state with a first haze percentage and a second state with a second haze percentage that is lower than the first haze percentage. Each film substrate includes at least an acrylic imide layer made of acrylic imide. Each conductive layer includes a thin silver film or a copper wire mesh.

A clip mounting seat includes a mounting base having an outer edge, a mounting hole, and a mounting base-side insertion opening that is included at a part of a hole edge of the mounting hole and through which the clip is inserted to the mounting hole, a wall extending downward from the outer edge and including an insertion-side wall having a wall-side insertion hole communicated with the mounting base-side insertion opening, and a guide member included in the insertion-side wall and extending toward the mounting hole and being adjacent to the wall-side insertion hole and opposite the mounting base-side insertion opening with respect to an insertion direction of the clip. The guide member guides the clip and includes an end portion that is opposite the mounting base-side insertion opening and has a thickness greater than a distance between a leg portion and a support portion of the clip.

Clip mounting seat

A clip mounting seat in which a clip is mounted includes walls having side edges that are connected to each other and ends between the side edges, a mounting base disposed at the ends of the walls and including a stopper hole having a hole edge a part of which is open and having an opening, the stopper hole in which the clip inserted through the opening is held, and an elastic stopper extending from one of the ends of one of the walls toward the opening and being opposite the opening. The elastic stopper includes a basal portion that extends from the one end of the one wall and a clip receiver portion that extends from the basal portion toward the opening and is opposite the opening and wider than the basal portion.

A clip mounting seat includes a mounting base having an outer edge, a mounting hole in which the clip is mounted, and a mounting base-side insertion opening at a part of a hole edge of the mounting hole and through which the clip is inserted to the mounting hole, a wall extending downward from the outer edge and including an insertion-side wall having a wall-side insertion hole that is communicated with the mounting base-side insertion opening, and a guide member included in the insertion-side wall and extending along an extending direction of the insertion-side wall and being adjacent to the wall-side insertion hole and opposite the mounting base-side insertion opening with respect to an insertion direction of the clip, the guide member configured to guide the clip in the insertion direction and having a width that is greater than an opening width of the mounting base-side insertion opening.

A headrest has a pad that is formed integrally with an outer cover by foam molding, and is also provided with: a low-resilience layer that is set in a front part of the pad and has lower resilience than the pad; a support member that is harder than the pad and supports the low-resilience layer from a backside of the low-resilience layer; and a blocking member that is located at a position to cover a contact area of the low-resilience layer and the support member from an outer circumference side while being in contact with at least one of the low-resilience layer and the support member and blocks infiltration of a foamed resin material of the pad into the contact area.
