The motorized cutter with wheels () comprises a motorized cutter () and a carriage (). The motorized cutter () is equipped with an engine (), a blade () rotatably driven by the engine (), and a light-emitting unit () that generates laser light () in the same plane as the plane of rotation of the blade (). A roadbed () is then cut along a line (X) drawn on the roadbed () by operating the motorized cutter with wheels () so that the line (X) is irradiated with the laser light (). It is possible to remove the motorized cutter () from the carriage () together with the light-emitting unit ().

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a portable cutting machine including: a housing; a motor; a cutting blade driven by the motor; a saw cover that covers the cutting blade; a base that rotatably supports the saw cover and to be brought into contact with the to-be-processed members; and a changing mechanism capable of changing the protrusion amount of the cutting blade toward the side opposite to the saw cover, wherein the changing mechanism has an adjustment guide extending from the base in the rotation direction of the saw cover and a movement restricting part for restricting the movement of the adjustment guide, and wherein the portion of the adjustment guide on the side farther from the base with respect to the movement restricting part is arranged outside of the saw cover.

A portable cutting tool includes a saw blade for cutting a workpiece, a cutting tool main body having a motor for driving to rotate the saw blade, and a base for guiding the cutting tool main body along a surface of the workpiece. A cut depth of the saw blade projected from a lower face of the base is made to be able to be adjusted by pivoting the cutting tool main body centering on a support shaft connected to the base. The portable cutting tool is provided with a mechanism for fixing the cut depth at a preset position when the cut depth of the saw blade is gradually increased from a minimum cut depth.

A portable cutting tool includes a saw blade for cutting a workpiece, a cutting tool main body having a motor for driving to rotate the saw blade, a base for guiding the cutting tool main body along a surface of the workpiece, and an inclining mechanism for inclining the base by pivoting the base centering on a support shaft of the cutting tool main body. The inclining mechanism includes a first circular arc member provided to be contiguous to at least one of a front end portion and a rear end portion of the base, pivoted along with the base centering on the support shaft and having a first guide hole in a circular arc shape penetrated in a radius direction thereof, and includes a fixing unit for fixing a position of pivoting the base relative to the cutting tool at an arbitrary position the first guide hole.

A portable cutting tool includes a base and a tool main body which are inclinably connected such that a saw blade can be projected from a vicinity of an intersection between a side face of the base and a lower face of the base. A parallelism between the saw blade and the side face of the base is made to be able to be adjusted.

A portable electric cutting apparatus includes a housing for housing an electric motor for rotating a saw blade a fan provided in the housing and driven by the electric motor, a saw cover attached to the housing and having a saw blade housing part having a shape to cover an upper half of the outer periphery of the saw blade for housing a part of the saw blade, a base formed with an opening for allowing the saw blade to project downward from a bottom face which is slidable on a cut material. Fanned air generated by a fan to cool a motor is discharged from a housing through fanned air discharge ports toward an opening formed in a base. The fanned air discharged toward the opening is then introduced into a groove in fluid communication with the opening. The groove is formed in a bottom surface of the base and has an open side at a front side of the base. The fanned air is then discharged from the front side of the base, blowing off saw dust on a cutting object so as to prevent dust from accumulating on a marking line on the cutting object.

Portable electric cutting device with blower mechanism

A portable circular saw is disclosed which includes a mechanism for simply and efficiently adjusting parallelism of the saw blade to the base. Two connecting members positioned at the front and rear of the saw connect the base of the saw to the saw cover, and the mechanism for adjusting parallelism is part of the front connecting member.
