A coil structure includes a first winding portion and a second winding portion disposed so as to overlap each other with winding axes substantially parallel to each other. [Problem] A compound which is useful as a STING inhibitor is provided. [Means for Solution] The present inventors have found aryl alkynamide derivatives having an inhibitory action on STING.
