Since the shape of the insulating paper is complicated, a forming and bending step of the insulating paper is required, and further there is a step of inserting the insulating paper in the middle of coil forming, which causes a problem of damaging the insulating paper. The insulating paperis made to follow the tapered shape of the inter-coil gapbetween an inner peripheral coiland an outer peripheral coil, and the insulating paperis fitted in a state inclined from the coil end tip side to the stator end face side with respect to an axial direction of the stator. Therefore, bending after the insertion of the insulating paperis reduced, the force of the insulating papertrying to come off to the coil end tip side is suppressed, and it is possible to obtain the effect of preventing the floating and the coming off of the insulating paper

Rotary electric machine and method of manufacturing rotary electric machine

An object of the present invention is to provide a sealing member that provides high sealability in a coolant flow path. A rotating electrical machine includes a stator core around which a winding is wound, a stator frame that supports the stator core, a housing that is disposed outside the stator frame and forms a flow path space with the stator frame, and a sealing member that is disposed between the stator frame and the housing. The housing includes a mounting portion on which the sealing member is mounted. The sealing member includes a base portion that is in contact with the housing and the stator frame, and an attachment portion that protrudes from the base portion and is inserted to the mounting portion of the housing.

Rotating electrical machine

An object of the present invention is to reduce stress caused by press-fitting of a shaft on an outer edge portion side of a rotor. A rotor for a rotating electric machine includes a shaft and a rotor iron core, the shaft coupled to the rotor iron core. The rotor iron core includes: an outer edge portion housing a magnet; an inner edge portion coupled to the shaft; and a rib portion having a lightening portion that is formed inside between the outer edge portion and the inner edge portion. The rib portion includes: a through-hole forming portion connected to the outer edge portion and having a through-hole inside; and a bridge portion connecting the through-hole forming portion and the inner edge portion. The bridge portion includes: a second bridge portion connected to the through-hole forming portion and protruding outward; and a first bridge portion having one end connected to the inner edge portion and another end connected to the second bridge portion. A bent portion is provided at a position connecting the first bridge portion and the second bridge portion.

Rotor for rotating electric machine

A cogging torque in a rotary electric machine is sufficiently reduced. The rotor core includes a magnetic pole having the base formed on the outer peripheral side of the storage space. A plurality of magnetic poles are provided in the circumferential direction, and include the first protrusion protruding from the base in one circumferential direction along the outer periphery of the rotor core, and the second protrusion which is provided on the opposite side to with the base interposed and protrudes from the base along the outer periphery of the rotor core in the other circumferential direction. At least one of the first protrusion and the second protrusion is located on the outer peripheral side from the first line segment which is a virtual line connecting the end of the first protrusion and the end of the second protrusion, and is provided such that the space is provided with respect to the first line segment.

A torque ripple in a rotary electric machine is sufficiently reduced. At least two of the plurality of laminated plates in the rotor core include a magnetic pole having the base formed on the outer peripheral side of the storage space, and a bridge part connected to the magnetic pole. A plurality of magnetic poles are provided in the circumferential direction, and the first space is formed between the bases of a pair of magnetic poles adjacent in the circumferential direction. The q-axis outer peripheral portion, which is located between the pair of circumferentially adjacent magnetic poles and is in contact with the first space, is provided on the inner peripheral side of the base. The base includes the side surface portion which is in contact with the first space, and the protrusion which is provided on the outer peripheral side of the side surface portion and protrudes in the circumferential direction with respect to the side surface portion. The bridge are arranged on the inner peripheral side of the side surface portion.

There is provided a novel electric power steering device capable of continuing a steering assist function as much as possible even in an environment where moisture enters inside a housing of an electric motor due to breakage of a rubber boot and an electrical short circuit phenomenon occurs. A statoraround which a winding is wound is vertically divided into two areas in the direction of gravity, a windingof one system is wound in the upper stator area of the statorwhile the windingof the other system is wound in the lower stator area of the stator, and power of the winding of one system is controlled by an electronic control meansof one system while power of the winding of the other system is controlled by an electronic control meansof the other system. Even if moisture enters inside the housing of the electric motor due to breakage of the rubber boot, occurrence of the electrical short circuit phenomenon is suppressed at least in the winding wound on the upper side, whereby the steering assist can be continued.

Provided is a rotating electrical machine in which torque ripple can be decreased at the time of one-side electrical current supply. A motor includes a stator coil constituted by concentrated windings arranged to teeth where an integer N&#x2265;2. The stator coil includes first and second winding units and each of which is constituted by windings and which are independent from each other, the windings constituting the first winding unit are arranged in three teeth groups, each of which includes adjacent teeth and which are provided at 120-degree pitches in terms of mechanical angle, and the windings constituting the second winding unit are arranged in teeth which are the teeth not included in the three teeth groups. That is, the windings constituting the second winding unit are also arranged in three teeth groups, which are provided at 120-degree pitches in terms of mechanical angle.

Rotating electrical machine and rotating electrical machine system

In a rotating electrical machine, in the case where a cylindrical component is fixed by press fitting or the like, the opening edge of the cylindrical component is widened toward the end to provide peeps for facilitating the insertion of the cylindrical component. However, the outer shape of a rotor expands due to the peeps, and a gap needs to be provided between the rotor and a stator in consideration of the expanded portion of the outer shape, which causes the degradation of the performance of the rotating electrical machine. In addition, in the case where magnets are fixed only by the tightening force of a magnet cover, the greater the centrifugal force becomes, the larger the clamping margin becomes and similarly the larger the peeps become, and thus the expanded portion also becomes larger. However, if the opening edge is not widened to the end, the absence of the peeps makes it difficult to insert the magnet cover. The purpose of the present invention is to solve such a problem and to allow the magnets to be fixed with the magnet cover without degrading the performance of the rotating electrical machine. Cutout portions are provided at the opening edge of the magnet cover, and the cutout portions at the opening edge of the magnet cover are bent toward the internal diameter after being press fitted in order to fix the magnets.

Structure for preventing scattering of magnet and retaining magnet for rotating electrical machine

In a rotating electrical machine, the concentrated winding coil includes a single-layer coil, corresponding to one layer, wound in a first turn advancing mode with the wire forming sequential coil turns starting from one end of the insulating bobbin toward another end of the insulating bobbin and another single-layer coil, corresponding to one layer, wound in a second turn advancing mode with the wire forming turns starting from the other end of the insulating bobbin toward the one end of the insulating bobbin, with the single-layer coil and the other single-layer coil layered alternately to each other. The insulating bobbin includes a winding portion where the concentrated winding coil is formed, collars each formed at one of two ends of the winding portion and at least one projecting portion configured to disallow misalignment at a turn changeover start area in the first and second turn advancing modes.
