A disposable pull-on undergarment includes each of front and rear waist-encircling regions having a first elasticized zone and a second elasticized zone extending in a waist-encircling direction. Tensile stress of the first elasticized zone is greater than that of the second elasticized zone. The undergarment thus constituted can reduce an incidence of intense pressure locally exerted on a waist of a wearer of the undergarment and avoid an occasion whereby an excrement-absorbing function of a core is hindered.

Disposable pull-on undergarment

A disposable pull-on diaper that includes elastic members attached under tension to peripheral edge portions of leg-openings and a pair of leak-barrier cuffs provided in the vicinity of transversely opposite side edges of a core. The elastic members associated with the leg-openings include first elastic members extending along front peripheral edge portions of the leg-openings and second elastic members extending along rear peripheral edge portions of the leg-openings and, in a crotch region, the free side edge portions of the leak-barrier cuffs extend inward beyond the side edges of said core and are folded back along substantially middle folding zones thereof outward beyond the side edges of the core and wherein the free side edge portions are bonded, in the vicinity of the folding zones, to the outer surface of the topsheet in the upper zone of the core.

Disposable pull-on diaper

A disposable pull-on garment includes front and rear waist-encircling regions each having first elasticized zones and a second elasticized zone extending in a waist-encircling direction. Auxiliary elastic members include plural lines of first auxiliary elastic members extending in the waist-encircling direction in the first elasticized zones, and plural lines of second auxiliary elastic members extending in the waist-encircling direction in the second elasticized zones. A tensile stress of the first auxiliary elastic members is greater than that of the second auxiliary elastic members. A tensile stress of the first elasticized zones is greater than that of the second elasticized zone.

Disposable pull-on garment

A disposable undergarment having a liquid-absorbent panel that includes a body fluid absorbing/holding layer formed with a plurality of depressions each extending in the thickness direction thereof and a nonwoven fabric layer placed upon upper surface of the absorbing/holding layer. Heat-sealable fibers contained in the absorbing/holding layer are heat-sealed with the nonwoven fabric layer over contacting surfaces of these absorbing/holding layer and the nonwoven fabric layer. Furthermore, the nonwoven fabric layer is partially engaged in the depressions of the absorbing/holding layer so that the heat-sealable synthetic fibers contained in the absorbing/holding layer are heat-sealed with the nonwoven fabric layer also over contacting surfaces of these two layers in the respective depressions.

Disposable undergarment

A disposable pull-on diaper includes a liquid-pervious topsheet, a liquid-impervious backsheet and a liquid-absorbent core disposed therebetween. The diaper has a waist-hole and a pair of leg-holes. The diaper is provided on one of a front half or a rear half thereof with at least one elastically stretchable fastening member transversely extending across a longitudinal center line of the diaper, and a hook member which lies on the longitudinal center line to catch the fastening member. The fastening member has transversely opposite end portions secured to the diaper, and a transversely intermediate portion exposed on an outer surface of the backsheet. After use, the used diaper is rolled-up with an outer peripheral surface thereof surrounded by the intermediate portion, and the intermediate portion is caught by the hook to secure the used diaper in the rolled-up state.
