The generator comprises a stator () having a plurality of protruding portions for stator pole () on the outer peripheral surface of the stator main unit (), and a rotor () having a plurality of protruding portions for rotor () mounted around the stator () in a rotatable state. Since the height of the plurality of protruding portions for stator pole () decreases along the rotational or reverse rotational direction of the rotor (), a torque waveform containing odd-order components is generated when the rotor () is rotated coaxially around the stator (). The plurality of protruding portions for stator pole () comprises a first protrusion group for stator pole (A) and a second protrusion group for stator pole (B), and the first protrusion group for stator pole (A) and the second protrusion group for stator pole (B) are formed with the protruding portions for stator pole () laid out along the circumferential direction spaced apart from each other. The rotor () has a first ring member (A) and a second ring member (B) separated from each other in the axial direction at a given distance, a first protrusion group for rotor pole (A) having half of the plurality of protruding portions for rotor poles () aligned along the inner peripheral surface of the first ring member (A) spaced apart from each other, and a second protrusion group for rotor pole (B) having half of the plurality of protruding portions for rotor poles () aligned along the inner peripheral surface of the second ring member (B) spaced apart from each other. By placing the first protrusion group for stator pole (A) and the second protrusion group for stator pole (B) in the same phase, and shifting the second protrusion group for rotor (B) from the first protrusion group for rotor (A) by a mechanical angle allowing their electrical phases to deviate by 180&#xb0;, odd-order components of the torque waveform can be canceled, and torque ripple can be reduced.

Generator

A document edition system includes a microphone to input audio information; an analog to digital converter to convert the audio information into digital information; a memory unit to store the digital audio information into an external storage unit as information to be added to document information; a sound pressure display control unit to display the sound pressure information of the digital audio information to a display device; a digital to analog converter to regenerate the digital audio information from the memory unit into speech; and a device to add the audio information to an arbitrary position of the document information. The sound pressure display control unit can display the speech regenerating position from the digital to analog converter onto a sound pressure display waveform and also includes a device for displaying the sound pressure information by a predetermined pattern width or a tone. There is also provided a device for adding information denomination to the audio information and for storing the resultant audio information into the external storage unit; a device for reading out the audio information from the external storage unit by the information denominations added thereto upon reproduction; and a device for coupling and editing the plurality of readout audio information by their information denominations.

System for editing document containing audio information

An object placed on a transparent touch panel horizontally arranged on a CRT is detected as an undesired material if a touch state longer than a normal key-in input time is detected. Removal of the undesired material is requested by the CRT display or an audio unit so that repetitive malfunction is prevented. A second longer time may be set to call a service man.

Touch panel input control method

A thermal transfer printer has a platen and a thermal head between which are pinched a transfer paper sheet and an ink film, so that the ink is transferred from the ink film to the transfer paper sheet as heat is applied to the transfer paper sheet by the thermal head. The film is supplied by a supply roll and is taken-up by a take-up roll. The thermal head is swingable between a position where it contracts the platen and a position away from the platen. When the thermal head is in the position away from the platen, the distance therebetween is greater than the maximum diameter of the supply roll. A film drum can hold a plurality of films each being constituted by the supply roll and the take-up roll. Swing arms are provided for demounting the supply roll of a selected film from the film drum and for bringing the same to a position away from the film drum, and also for returning the same from this position to the film drum. During the movement of the supply roll between the position in the film drum and the position away from this position, the thermal head is moved away from the platen so as not to hinder the movement of the supply roll.

Thermal transfer printer

A remote-controlled automatic door control apparatus includes a door, a driving unit connected to the door for driving the door to open and closed positions, and a control arrangement for controlling the door operation through the driving unit and including a radio communication system having a transmitter and a receiver. A signal containing a specific code transmitted from the transmitter is received by the receiver and collated with a code set previously in the receiver, and if they have a predetermined relationship with each other, an operation command is issued to the driving unit. The transmitter is capable of being set to a specific code, and the receiver includes a memory device for storing the specific code transmitted from the transmitter. A signal switching device is further provided for actuating the collating operation for collating the stored code with the signal from the transmitter under normal conditions and for storing a signal from the transmitter in the memory device if required.

Remote-controlled automatic control apparatus

A garage door operation control apparatus includes a door operating system for opening and closing the main door of a garage, a main detection circuit for detecting the open or closed condition of the main door, an auxiliary detection circuit for detecting an open condition of a window or an auxiliary door of the garage, a fire in the garage or generation of a special gas therein, an alarm and a signal processing circuit. Electrical signals from the detection circuit are logically analyzed thereby to control the door operating system and the alarm.

Garage door operation control apparatus

A garage door operation control apparatus comprises a disc rotatable in interlocked relation with a door driving system, which disc actuates an upper limit switch and a lower limit switch at the door upper and lower limit positions respectively. The interlocked relation of the driving system and the disc may be cancelled thereby to adjust the responsive position of the limit switches.

A door operation control apparatus comprising a memory circuit for storing a programmed data on door control processes in the form of a combination of command codes is disclosed. A door operation input signal, a mode or condition detection signal from a door operating device and the condition of the program being executed are used to determine logically the optimum door operating mode, thus controlling the door operating device.

The pH of a chemical copper plating solution is exactly measured for a prolonged time by utilizing a copper oxide prepared by etching metallic copper in an 0.1-1 N inorganic acid then oxidizing the etched metallic copper in an aqueous 0.1-1 N alkali metal hydroxide solution as a main electrode for pH measurement or reducing agent concentration measurement in terms of pH. A combination of the pH measurement with well known procedures for measuring concentrations of cupric ions and a complexing agent exactly measures the pH and the concentrations of a reducing agent, cupric ions and a complexing agent for a continuation of longer time than the conventional procedures.

Method for automatically controlling composition of chemical copper

A concentration of copper ions, a concentration of a reducing agent, a concentration of a complexing agent and a pH of a chemical copper plating solution are continuously detected all as potentials, and continuously controlled with a good accuracy.
